There is no feedback. I have to knock on them through all the messengers. The answers come in a couple of hours or days. I have repeatedly heard from people that parcels simply do not arrive. It seems that the customer should be grateful at least for the fact that his parcel arrived at all. I don't recommend it. Reviews in 2gis as confirmation of my words.
