Dry cleaning used to be great, now it has somehow deteriorated, I think cheap chemicals have been used, it's a pity! I always took away down jackets earlier, better and fluffier than the new ones were, and now - crumpled, not dried, a trace of lipstick remained in place, but what upset me most of all - both the down jacket and the jacket were white with a slightly milky undertone, after dry cleaning they became white-earthy, like old and washed things ((( and were worn then for half a season and not for that I gave it to the dry cleaners for a lot of money ((( so you could wash it at home ((( it's a pity that at a decent cost they began to save on reagents. I used to praise everyone, now I don't recommend it!

I am very happy with the 21st century dry cleaning ...
I wear all things only there, they clean and paint just great...The dry cleaning "snowflake" does not take over my things ..., I will not say that they are problematic, but I passed them once and made sure that there is no point in carrying them there ....
And a friendly women's team always takes on everything ...

Dry cleaning for the 21st century ruined two mink fur coats for me, they do not admit guilt, tormented me for more than a month with corrections, in the end they only made it worse. The director denies everything, does not make contact. Take care of expensive things, do not give them to this dry cleaner.

The dry cleaning is terrible.They handed over the lambrequin, returned it in a terribly crumpled state.When asked why it was so wrinkled, not ironed, and without a hanger, they said that they did not have hangers, they had little space, they refused to iron it.It's not clear what they took the money for.I was extremely disappointed with the service.A huge request to the management, teach the staff to treat their official duties with high quality, and buy basic hangers.In the year of quality, we did not expect such an outrage...

Excellent dry cleaning service. The state dry cleaner did not take up my light, leather jacket (the master just looked and said - I'm afraid to spoil it)... And here we've done everything...and they cleaned and restored the color. By the way, for the same money as in the state dry cleaning.

Not only was not everything cleaned the first time (in a week), but they also put one, as I thought, a new stain, the remnants of which were still visible after the second cleaning. "We removed everything we could" was told to me, taking into account the fact that everything that "could not" appeared after I gave them my thing. When I arrived home and had already begun to examine carefully in a good light, I saw pale spots (three) on the front of the jacket in the form of some smears, spots that were not there when I gave them the jacket to clean.

I regularly use their services. I clean outerwear - autumn and winter. Everything is done cleanly and neatly. The cost is cheaper than in other dry cleaning.
I really like that they give away cleaned clothes on hangers and in storage bags. Very convenient.

Dry cleaning is the number one in Gomel. We have been using the services for many years and are always satisfied. Competitors are not even close. For example, they didn't take a leather jacket (artificial) in a Snowflake, they say the skin is afraid of water)) and all that, but here – no questions asked, and I'm happy with the result. In general, I recommend it.

Masters of their craft! A perfectly cleaned white winter coat! They removed all the dirt, traces of black boots and creases on the hands. It may be a week of waiting, but it's worth it! Of all the dry cleaners, the best, very pleasant staff, polite, responsive, smiling and kind! A huge dark stain from engine oil was removed from the white coat. We tried very hard! I will also come myself and recommend this particular dry cleaner to everyone!
