I recommend the Financial Director program to all managers interested in their own development. A lot of practice, dialogues, collective discussions with analysis of management situations, a lot of useful information. I think all this will definitely be useful to me in my work! Many thanks to the teacher Nina Sorogovets - a man in his place!
The organizational part was done very well: timely and complete information, structured workbooks ... the truth is that you can choose at least one module from the entire course, for obvious reasons, no one said…And behind all this "purity" the essence is not visible. And judging by the fact that these questions are often found in the feedback form, for the most part they themselves are only interested in this.
The course was called "Human capital management: Human Resources Management in a new Reality." And I did not see this "new reality". The information provided is far from new, it is just well structured, but you can learn a lot simply by reading a dozen professional books and watching a couple of videos on YouTube.
One of the teachers was a beginner, but with supposedly long professional experience. The experience may be really long, but the question is: in which companies…Unfortunately, inexperience in teaching was felt. However, I would like to note that only one teacher really knows his job: on the one hand, he manages the educational process well, on the other hand, he gives a voice. And for the rest, it seemed that their goal was to have time to express all the material, and not to make sure that the listeners "got it." Some teachers saw that the topic they were talking about was not interesting to the maximum due to the lack of application in their companies, but they continued to tell themselves something with perseverance and the smallest chewing. There was not enough desire from them to receive feedback from listeners during the learning process. There was no interest in the questions and needs of the listeners.
In this regard, I can recommend the course to beginners in the profession (from a year of experience, however, if less, then there is a risk of not understanding anything at all), or to bored HR-am, to whom the company gives money for this. Well, or look closely in advance, which teacher is leading the course. If you see Tatyana Cherdyntseva, then you can also go safely.
P.S. they sooooo obsessively offer an MBA program, and imposition is not a pleasant feeling. P.S.
it's sooooo clear which of the reviews are genuine and which are written for themselves
I really liked the course "Key leadership skills". I learned from it: to look a few steps ahead, solve problems until I get a logical answer. He learned not only managerial competencies, but also valuable qualities - determination, concentration and the ability to take responsibility. I thank our teachers Tolkach, Samborskaya and Lyskovich.
After listening to classroom lectures and working remotely on individual tasks of the Finance Director course, I only now realized that such training is not just getting "crusts". There are no superfluous, boring speakers. Only PRACTICAL skills. Practical cases on improving the efficiency of the financial service and solving unprofitability issues were especially interesting.
Good business school! I personally took a course in sales management! Excellent equipment, experienced teaching staff.

The Sales Manager course is presented in the form of an optimal, in my opinion, combination of theoretical and practical approaches. That is, a task is taken and a joint search for its solution is carried out. I would like more attention to be paid specifically to wholesale sales and interaction with partners in this way.
