The sauna, steam room and hammam are pretty good. Everything is clean, the showers are working fine. I haven't been to the gym, but through the glass you can see that it's spacious and there are the necessary sports equipment. Additionally, various sections, such as yoga, can be interfered with. Overall, the impression is positive.

Hello, everyone. I read positive reviews and understand that this is fake. It's like a carbon copy. Don't get fooled. I've been visiting for a year, since I live nearby. Don't set foot there anymore. The staff is rude and inadequate. People are constantly complaining and making remarks to them. It is stuffy in the rooms for group classes, and on the contrary it is cold in the corridors between the gym, pool and locker rooms. It is quite difficult to communicate with people - sometimes schoolchildren are more reasonable and adequate. There are extraneous sewage odors in the hammam and showers. In general, it's worth thinking about and not falling for their lures and smiles of girl managers. There are plenty of places in Almaty at times with the best service and well-mannered employees at the same cost. In general, I am disappointed with this place.
