Good day. We buy flowers all the time, I do not skimp on giving friends a bouquet when we go to visit. I like to please people with flowers... this is the first time I've encountered such ignorance. On our wedding anniversary, we bought a large bouquet of roses at the Rosamarket (Yatsvety) in the Promenade M. East. My husband brought them home in 15 minutes by car, it was 1.5 degrees below zero outside, the flowers were in a package. I was amazed that the petals were in them without a drop of elasticity, like rags. In the morning, 8 roses had buds hanging down, it was expected. The others supported each other in a tight bouquet. The sellers did a great job..
I wrote to the store early in the morning. I expected the store to replace the bouquet. The amount is over 100 rubles. They didn't answer us for a day and then they sent us, referring to the law. No one has ever offended us like this in our lives. I never write bad reviews, but I couldn't help myself here. I tried to save them as best I could, but it's no use if they put most of the flowers in the bouquet, which can no longer be resuscitated.

My husband ordered flower delivery from this company. The courier brought the bouquet in terrible condition. The green leaves on the stems are dry, the buds themselves are sluggish, crumpled, the rim of the flowers is also already rusty in color. It is clear that such a bouquet does not ask for two days. There's no way to save him. It is disgusting to send such flowers for delivery when a person personally cannot choose and hopes for good service. In the end, he pays money for it! After writing this comment on Instagram, they replied that apparently we had the wrong conditions in our apartment, saying that the bouquet did not like something. That is, in my Tashkent apartment, the flowers dried up in two hours. The mockery is complete.
I wouldn't put one star on it!

The service is fine. The price of roses is the lowest in the city. The quality of the roses is good. Both the smell and the duration of standing and externally. I bought my mother a bouquet of white roses for her birthday. I really liked them.
