It's a very obscure studio, but there are still issues with customer orientation. After reading the good reviews, I flew to this atelier, as I urgently needed to shorten my jeans. It says that they work until 20:00, I came at 19:40, there was a queue, and when mine came, I decided to clarify, and then I found out that they couldn't serve you (to measure how much you need to shorten them) since it's not the master who works, but the receiver. And they can't tell you when you're ready, either, because the receptionist doesn't know anything. And you'll only find out when you arrive. So maybe it's necessary to specify it? Because everyone's cases are different. And, of course, knowing this in advance, I would have made it to another place. So please keep in mind that the master himself is up to 19:00, and then there are misunderstandings. Reliability is not their strong suit.
