The guy bought me a violin here as a gift. We both don't play this instrument, we don't know much about it. The guy took me a 4/4 size, I'm small, but it should have been the right size. The gift was for the new year, it was bought in advance, and only a few weeks later I went to class with her, where the teacher told me that the violin was actually 3/4 size!! It turned out that we had indeed been sold the wrong violin. What solution did the store suggest? It's been 14 days, it's non-refundable (of course, it was a gift and wasn't opened until class one), they don't have the same full-size model. Option - pay extra for the violin 34 (!!!) thousands. Or wait for the same one, but it will come in two months or six months. There is no other option)) To the logical remark that we, as buyers, are not to blame for what was sold to us, the man rudely stated that they were not to blame either. Therefore, my advice is to check carefully what you take, especially if you don't understand, otherwise they may slip you the wrong thing, and then spread their hands and heat it for extra money. Don't set foot in this store anymore.
