After a long time, I remembered about the salon and the incident in it) It was on a branch card, but I just couldn't find it on the map. Then I went to the master Snezhana, I liked her work. But on a crucial and important day, when I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure in advance, the master informs me that she has the next client after my manicure. It turned out that the administrator accidentally forgot to write it down) they didn't even apologize to me - they didn't admit the mistake. My day was ruined, and so was my mood. I haven't set foot there since. It was easy to apologize for the amounts they always charged customers)
Thank God I found another good salon with normal craftsmen and an administrator. That was in June 2023)
