There are rules on the size of the cargo, and customers are trying to send anything: a bunch of flowers in pots, oversized building materials, current meat in bags, etc. You refuse and get a block, or a minus in the rating!. Yandex doesn't care about drivers! The main thing is the commission!
I'm writing a general impression of Yandex. Go. It's a disgusting office. We had to deliver the parcel, the box to the door, the order was postponed for 2 days, because for some reason the couriers had a completely different address, and eventually the order was closed altogether! The parcel is paid for, it costs a lot, and such an attitude, the support service is silent, just transfers the order and that's it. I do not advise anyone to contact this site at all!
