The disgusting attitude of support towards drivers. A crooked Yandex Pro application that constantly freezes even on the flagship phone.
As soon as we registered in the country, the prices for delivery became generally low, so we also raised the commission interest. They do not pay or often cheat on money as indicated in the review above.
I don't see any point in working in both delivery and passenger transportation anymore.
I'm switching to another platform.

I am very happy with the taxi service. I use it almost every day. But I want to warn users that very unscrupulous drivers have appeared. I got one today. The cost of the trip came out to 20,000 soums, and he demanded to pay 28,000 soums, showing this amount on his phone. I refused to pay and paid the amount displayed on my phone. I immediately contacted the support service. They wrote to me that the driver had overcharged and provided 8000 with a promo code for the next trip. They also wrote that they would warn this driver and, if such a case happened again, they would block access to the service altogether. I was very pleased that the support service works so efficiently and responds quickly. Dear users, please be vigilant against unscrupulous drivers.
