Disgusting. Unreliable. The application requires ID identification every day. After each reinstallation, an incomprehensible commission is deducted. I ordered a taxi - the app threw me out. I didn't have time to memorize the car number. I was charged 1000 drachmas. I wrote to Yandex support demanding a refund of the commission and money for the trip, which did not happen - silence. Today I was walking through an unfamiliar city at night - the application is hanging and does not load the map of Yerevan.
