Like other taxi hailing apps in Dubai, Yango is easy to use. You download the app, select your location and order a driver. They also recently added the ability to pay with Apple Pay.

I ordered a taxi three times, the drivers don't get in touch, they drive up from the pick-up point and turn on the paid wait. I wasted my money like that, the third time the driver got in touch, drove past me and sped off somewhere on the highway, and the meter was dripping, I was very angry with him on the phone. I got into a taxi with grief in half, but I couldn't bring it back to normal, I did circles just like that at the hotel, in the end I couldn't drop off, I walked. Disgusting. The worst service.

I rented a car, paid for the place of return, the car was not picked up at the appointed time, and when the deposit was returned, they charged off an additional day of rent, motivated by the fact that I did not hand over the car on time.

The delivery service is terrible, the support service is not responding, the movers damaged the wall during transportation, there is no feedback from yango. I do not recommend it!

The service works abominably. Multiple attempts to order a taxi. The drivers do not arrive, but at the same time they include a paid wait, supposedly they are already in place. And this is happening massively.
Either Yangou has problems with geolocation, or drivers are massively using holes in the system.
Money spent, time lost, waiting in the wild heat.
