They didn't clean our table, but I don't see anything wrong with that. On the contrary, I liked that they did not interfere with us for our family conversation. For example, we had a very cool rest. The place is not particularly cozy, as this comfort is created not only by the interior, but also by the staff. We were approached (as it turned out later) by a trainee waiter "A", who was only interested in getting them a table to get a percentage of the service, but he does not know how to work.
There were plenty of napkins on our table and he repeatedly approached, but did not remove them. A fly was flying in the hall, which later flew into our cup of tea. We were not served forks with rolls, although this should be taken into account (not everyone knows how to eat rolls with chopsticks) and sauce was not served. The waiter did not take away the dirty dishes until we asked him.
In the end, after a spoiled impression and not particularly delicious food, I called the manager "K", who did not listen to me until the end, shut me up with a coupon for a 10% discount on the next visit, although there will be no next time. She explained that the waiter is an intern, but this is not our problem, we came to have a delicious meal and enjoy the atmosphere and service, but the work of the staff is already the concern of the organization.
