I always praise Japanese mother! But! This branch disappointed me! Firstly, I ordered toridon, usually in other branches the portion is quite large, but here they brought a very small one, but not the point, the chicken was cold and tough! (I understand that the rice will be cold, but it's not chicken!) The bread was not fresh! Secondly, while I was eating, the waiter comes up and starts muttering quickly, saying that you liked everything, to bring something. It is not culturally appropriate to approach a guest when he is eating! I think we need to wait for at least a guest to finish! I do not recommend this branch!
I really love the Japanese Ham network, I often order sets and sometimes visit the branch on Shevchenko. This assessment is unfortunately for the branch on Bahodyr Street. I ran in for an urgent snack and coffee. I asked what would be faster rolls or a sandwich, they replied that the sandwich would be cooked quickly. The coffee arrived almost immediately. I drank coffee and waited. In total, I waited 20 minutes, they said that the sandwich would be ready in another 5 minutes. Of course, the workload of the kitchen is possible, but cooking a sandwich for 25 minutes is too much. I told the manager that such a long serving of a sandwich is unacceptable. The manager said she would send it to the kitchen. The waiter said he would pack it with him. I couldn't wait another 5 minutes, so I asked to close the account. The account was closed, and a sandwich was included in it, which I did not receive.
The establishment itself is good, but the situation is sad. I am not a conflicted person, I do not swear and I understand the problems of institutions. But leaving a sandwich on the bill without feeding the visitor is a very wrong decision.
upd 04.05.2024
As they say, he gave the institution a chance and for good reason. The guys began to cope better with the service, increased the feed rate, said that the set would be ready in 20 minutes, cooked in 19, periodically I order pickup, and always on the minute. For this, I raise from 1 star to 5.
The location is very good, you need to book a table in advance, as there are a lot of visitors, the food is delicious served quickly, the waiters are friendly, polite. The only thing I would like to draw the attention of the Administrators and the Manager of the restaurant to the cleanliness of the sofas and work a little on the interior of the restaurant!
Mmm, it's just delicious, I've seen so many sushi bars or restaurants, but Japanese cuisine is different, and the quality of the dishes, and the staff, and the place itself
I got seriously poisoned when ordering from this restaurant, I highly recommend not visiting this place. A set of both heat-treated and raw rolls was ordered (Philadelphia).
A typical eatery. The floor is tiled in gray so that the dirty floor does not seem so dirty. It looks like the cleaning lady rarely goes there. The tables are wobbly and napkins are placed under each, as dirty as the floor, apparently they have become one. There are splatter marks from soy sauce on the walls, it's disgusting. If you still came there, then do not look at the baseboard at the table, so as not to spoil your appetite. The room is small and stuffy, the air conditioner works only at the entrance. The sofas are low, the pillows under the back are half empty. We were sitting in tension, there was no question of comfort. The portions are smaller than in other branches, and there are also fewer fish than usual. Plastic tableware! Even tea cups! The only thing worse than this is paper cups, you have a lot to strive for! I will never go there a second time. I highly do not recommend this place for people to visit, but I urge SES employees to visit it.
There is no complaint about the taste of the food, but the staff does not know Uzbek, you ask them in Uzbek and they answer in Russian, and you had to wait about 45 minutes for the order.
Unfortunately, I did not like this place. The girls at the entrance were not friendly, they answered sharply and not politely. The interior looked like the FURNITURE was assembled from different cafes, the room was unclean. The dishes that were brought stank, and they smelled like fat and kitchen, which spoiled my appetite. At first glance, the menu is good, but the rolls are small, although the prices are lower than in Sushi time, but the rolls are empty. Especially thin tuna rolls on standard-sized pictures, but in fact 1×2 centimeters, it was funny. And it doesn't taste good. The prices are not justified by the service and the quality of the dishes. It would be better if it were more expensive but of a higher quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
Terrible service.
- after boarding, several waiters changed
- no one could adequately explain the menu and show the non-acute positions
- we waited for the dishes to be replaced for 15 minutes, there was a dirty saucepan and a leaking glass
- bread was waited for 30 minutes, motti was not brought (although indicated in the bill)
- they asked to pack one dish with them, waited 20 minutes
And most importantly, I had to go to the hostess for the bill, because the waiters were unknown where, and pay the bill myself at the checkout.
I did not come to this institution for that experience, I highly do not recommend visiting it.
The staff is lame, they forget to bring the ordered dish. It seems that everything was written down, dictated, and as a result they bring it at the very end, and then only when they remind you, after 20-25 minutes, which means that they forgot and only handed the order to the kitchen. Previously, it was in that branch that the service was excellent, but now there is much to be desired
I really like the location. If you visit Japan in the evening, you can enjoy the dancing fountain nearby. You always need to book a table in advance as there are always a lot of visitors. Us
there were two salads, mojitos, set cantan, bread with Tatar sauce cost us 210 thousand soums. The portions are large and the rolls are very tasty
There are no seats, there are no seats, there are no seats, that's what you will hear from the staff when you say hello to them and already have a reservation)))
Although it used to be somehow more comfortable, now because of the complex it seems at all at this point it is better to pick up by self-call or order delivery …
In vain it turns out that in other otzivs there were no people from Serviz. I went on time to tell the place in advance, gdeto 10-15 minutes Hech who could not tell the waiter until we called ourselves.
Chuka salad and firmenny tartarny bread is not bad (it can not be called the best).
Set sushi zakaz we made, zapechanny sushi in set used much more sauce and oiliness, to the point of disappointment. A tak liked other sushi.
The cartel fri is also slightly smaller, and unshaven, softer than normal.
We always choose Japanese among all sushi restaurants, but this time we were a little disappointed, we went to a new branch in Seoul Bahadira Street, the hostess sucks, does not know how to communicate with the client, (December 10, in the evening), there were no seats, we decided to wait, and unfortunately we did not have to wait much, but the guests already no one is going to clean the table, although everyone sees that we are standing in the lobby waiting, waited long enough to ask her to call someone to clean the table, she sighed with displeasure and replied yes, the waiters will clean, even went somewhere, although we waited there for almost half an hour, we just left for another branch, already appetite There is a missing person there.
I think a hostess is a person, his behavior affects both the team and the client, I think people like her should not even be allowed to work as a waitress, I don't know why she still works with such a manner of communication, still in such a position
I hope for a solution to this issue and next time they will meet us with a smile))
Always and everywhere Japanese food pleases me, delicious, satisfying, everything is fresh, excellent service, pleasant music, well, that's what else you need, if only there were open and free tables! 5 out of 5, I advise you, friends!
I really love rolls from Japanese mom, but the "girls" at the reception turned on the syndrome of the boss of the toilet booth🤦🏻♀️
We went in, the girl decided to stop us and find out if we had booked a table. Usually in other restaurants, the waiter greets guests and escorts them to empty tables. Depending on their attitude towards customers, it seemed to me that I came there to eat at their expense😀
A delicious place 💔 I really love YAPONAMAMA 🤤 the service, staff, food, atmosphere is GORGEOUS 🔥🔥🔥

The waiter dropped my powerbank from the table to the floor, fortunately the phone remained intact, but the powerbank itself was very badly scratched and got a chip on one of the faces. We ordered a corporate set, it was delicious, only the tempura rolls were cool, and the baked ones were generally cold! It used to be much more comfortable and delicious in this branch. But for now, 3/5
Sushi, rolls, soups, salads. The food is delicious, the prices are low compared to most other sushi bars in Tashkent. The staff is pleasant, polite, the atmosphere is generally quiet and pleasant, nothing was remembered in the interior, but nothing was shocking. a convenient bot for ordering and delivery (although it does not always work as it should), but I think they will fix it, after placing an order in the bot, I had to do everything again over the phone. In general, I recommend it, they are probably in the first place by land in Tashkent.

On the one hand, the location is convenient, in the city center, but on the other hand, constant traffic jams are just depressing. But I still prefer this one of all the branches: the staff is excellent, the food, of course, is also good (otherwise we wouldn't go), you can book a table in advance. The bonus program also works.
Probably, my review is not very relevant for locals, since I am used to Moscow conditions and prices. But in general:
A very pleasant and tidy place that provides access to Asian cuisine in the absence of seas and oceans in the country.
Prices are lower than similar places in Moscow. However, the quality of the ingredients is also lower. I understand that this is hardly achievable in conditions of such distant supplies and logistics
I tried Philadelphia and it seemed to me that the salmon was absolutely nothing. You may like the baked versions of the rolls.
And then there's the lovely bread with tartar sauce. Be sure to take it.
Bottom line: Not the coolest and probably the cheapest thing I've eaten. But taking into account all the conditions of our country: it's quite good. I advise foreigners!
The hostesses and the girls at the checkout are very rude and unskilled! We were very sorry that we came in. Fortunately, there were adequate guys (either waiters or a cook) who quickly helped with the order and were friendly.
On 01/24/2024, I called a single number to book a table. For the first two minutes, my call was the second in line, for the remaining 8 minutes it was the first in line, but no one answered. You could at least pick up the phone and say that there are no tables. Disregard for calls.
Rolls: the price doesn't exactly match the quality.
Soups: tom yam is not bad, so far the best that we tried in Tashkent. Pho bo is more like the famous Vietnamese soup, but it is quite edible.
Breaded chicken: a lot of butter, but the portion is large and, if you close your eyes to the fat content, delicious.
Tea: Moroccan tea is sweet water with rare inclusions of tea, spices and fruits. If you like Moroccan tea, do not take it, you will be disappointed.
As a result: 3.5 out of 5.
Unfortunately, in Tashkent there is very low competition among such establishments - the result is on the face.

Very tasty baked and fried rolls. The only restaurant where there are a lot of such NON-raw rolls
We came with a friend to Yaponamama on Bahodir Street, near Seoul City. The administration said that all the seats were reserved, but there were empty tables. They asked us to put us there temporarily, and later, when the tables are free, to transfer us. We were refused and decided to wait until some table became available. As a result, one table was vacated, but we were told that it was reserved and they were sitting there temporarily. But our request to put us in jail temporarily was refused. Disgusting behavior of staff and administration 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮💅
The hostess does not know how to communicate with guests, she answers any question with dissatisfaction. We waited 15 minutes, the table was empty, they didn't put us down and started serving new customers. Hospitality is zero.
I Highly Recommend It! Everything is very tasty - tom yam, shogun kara, gohan tonic, and Philadelphia rolls (someone wrote that the fish in them is not salty, I agree, but this did not make them worse). Amazing desserts - mochi, shoko rolls, lucky rolls. They left and took two more portions with them. The waiter Alexander is responsive and pleasant. I recommend an institution!
Sooooo delicious coffee! A quiet place to sit, relax, and socialize. The food is delicious, the assortment is rich, they cook quickly, you can order with yourself. The staff is helpful and unobtrusive. There are promotions and gifts on holidays, which is nice.
The rolls are delicious, the menu is varied. The cafe is crowded. It is better to order takeaway or delivery. The waiters change often, so there is a little mess.
They cook delicious food, but the girl at the entrance is rude and does not know how to refuse pleasantly when the restaurant is full and there is no free table (this is near the Next)
The hall is empty they say it is booked
They're obviously lying
The owner probably doesn't know what's going on there
