Since the opening of the Japanese, I have been a regular customer, which is more than 7 years. My friends treated me to other companies and still there are no better Japs for me today and I don't need others. Just stay at the same level. I will always remain your very grateful and loyal customer.
The sets are well chosen. I like number 15 better, it is well suited for adults and children, and most importantly, a minimum of exotics and a maximum of favorite familiar ingredients such as fish and Philadelphia. Two adults and two children remained well-fed and satisfied. The Morse as a gift is simply gorgeous.
The only thing I would like to recommend is to change the quality of the sausage in the pizza.
The staff is always as polite and friendly as possible. Thank you for your work and good service.

All the dishes and coffee are cooked very tasty here, we bought more seasonings at home, took sushi with us, the family really liked it, we don't come here often because from Aktobe, but constantly when we visit Almaty, the staff is cultured, polite, well done!

I want to share my feedback! Until now, I have been a regular customer and admirer of this institution.
But at least it was something with something.... We ordered, as always, set, fries, and so on...another of the available goods is pickup. We were told what time it was necessary to approach.
Not only was it not ready by this time (although we came up later), the girls at the reception deliberately ignored my requests, I think they just forgot about my order. So also, after some waiting, we were given preheated, i.e. not freshly cooked fries!?!?! Unfortunately, we did not find out right away, but upon arrival home..... In general, in my face and the faces of my friends, this institution has lost its, albeit few, but still customers! It's a pity that you don't keep your brand! Although suspicion has crept in that the owners have changed, then this explains a lot....(((

We ordered hot rolls for iftar. The application costs ~40-45 minutes. Well, we ordered it an hour in advance so that we could definitely make it. They brought in 2.5 hours cold and tasteless rolls in a package from which there was a terrible smell of something rotten. I don't recommend it to anyone

Позвала гостей, заказала доставку 14.08 в 16:43 (суши сет и пиццы). Номер заказа 15799. Через час курьер позвонил и сказал, что перепутал заказ, отвезли не мне. В срочном порядке , мне начали делать новый заказ. Привезли наспех в 18:08. Состояние двух пицц на фото. Со словами: это курьер виноват! Криво держал.Извиняемся! А курьера кто нанимает ? После скандала вернули цену на 1 Пеперонни,хотя по факту две пиццы в ужасном виде и ставить подобное гостям было неуместно!

Рядом с домом,приемлимые цены,но и вкусно!Можно сделать заказ с курьером,или заказать и прийти самому,так даже быстрее!

доставка....
оформили заказ в 19:40 сказали ждать 1,5 часа, сказали что даже постараются побыстрее. час, два... звоним в администрацию сказали что курьер скоро будет, подождите 15 минут, ждём пол часа, звонит курьер... администрация указала неправильный адрес, к слову (!) заказ оформляли через сайт, поэтому чтоб перепутать адреса нужно постараться) в итоге заказ привезли в 23:00 😕.
не советую заказывать, если очень голодные)

До сих пор держат марку делают отличные суши продают прекрасные продукты для самостоятельного приготовления блюд японской кухни а также вкуснейшие пиццы Короче говоря можно купить всё для проведения домашнего праздника цена на вполне оправданна, Если обратить внимание на качество.

Отвратительный сервис. Ожидаем 1сет суши и роллы без горячих блюд практически 4 часа. Заказ оплачен, девушка из кафе отвечает, что будет курьер через 15 мин уже в 3й раз.

Можно купить суши, роллы, только дорого. На вкус средненько.

Очень рекомендую это место. По факту это не столько кафе, сколько магазин всего для суши. Выглядит не очень, но роллы и суши вкусные. Также очень рекомендую их пиццу - дёшево и очень вкусно!

Можно купить практически все для приготовления суши самостоятельно. Или готовые суши, если не хотите заморачиваться. Есть доставка. Адекватные цены.
