BUT the customer service is just at a terrible level, boorish attitude, complete indifference and unwillingness to answer questions and requests for help with the choice. Not only those housewives who bake cakes every day go there, but also just those who want to please their loved ones with a cake, but unfortunately they cannot get competent advice in this store!
Please ask the store administration how to solve this issue, the desire to visit this store is getting less and less every time, it's easier to order on the World Bank and not contact boorish sellers.

It could have been a very good store if it hadn't been for the seller. Such unfriendly and boorish people are rarely found anywhere. In response to any question, she is rude and bulging eyes. I was standing at the checkout with my purchases - so she ignored me altogether, standing next to me.
I came in for the third time today - only because I hoped there would be another seller.
That's it, not a foot more. There is a similar shop in Mandarin with adequate employees. I do not recommend going into this one - spoil your mood for half a day.

The store is good, BUT!!!!
the work schedule is prescribed from 11 to 20. I stopped by 2 times in the afternoon and evening. It's closed for half an hour. I understand that everyone has natural needs, but there are lunch and technical breaks for this.
Write down those breaks both on the website and at the entrance, so as not to stand and wait for half an hour near the store
