A great store, a large selection of goods and colors, the service is also excellent . I came and said that I could not find yarn of this color, they explained to me what could be done aesthetically further and why it was better not to add other colors anymore.

The assortment is good, the prices are plus or minus human. BUT the service is just terrible. I arrived 10 minutes after the opening - there is a sign "technical break" without a specific time. I waited 40 minutes and left. I returned the same day at about 7.30 pm. The sign is back, but it says 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting, the seller ran out of a nearby store with a face like she was distracted from important things. Neither hello nor goodbye, I threw the product almost in my face. The sediment of course.... That's another one. When I returned here a couple of days later, I received the same service. Perhaps next time I'll take a walk in the QUAD rather than come back here again. 😣
