We’ve been here before so we know the food is good. This is a good place if you want high quality lamb. We were trying to book a reservation via phone call. One of the agents on the phone decided to immediately hang up on us. They were VERY RUDE. We were treated poorly and blew up and escalated to their management.

Nice place, delicious cuisine. That's the feeling when it's really delicious. I recommend trying veal kebab, chicken kebab, chocolate cake. Wonderful author's cocktails: berry and citrus.
The staff is friendly.
I took off one star for the fact that we got a bitter Burrata.
The waiter girl tried to convince us that cheese should be like that. But it's not like that. After that, the cook tasted the burrata - and it really tastes bitter.
Otherwise, everything is fine.

My birthday was recently celebrated. A gastronomic holiday, of course, in the end. Hash, horowitz and company. Everything is on the level, except that fries are not cooked and you can't bring them from outside. A very inconvenient option.Our child eats only fries and what to do.The manager was called, without result.They fried the potatoes, paid for them, ate them themselves, and the child was left hungry.We highly recommend filling in this big gap, it is important for young visitors.

Вкусное и красивое место.
Дружелюбный, вежливый персонал, легко говорит по-русски (как и везде в Армении), хороший wi-fi.
Большое расстояние между столами, все блюда вкусны (кроме разве что хрустящего цыпленка, суховат на мой вкус).
Из десертов попробуйте горячую халву с мороженым.
Два балла снял за неприятный инцидент, случившийся в мой последний визит туда. В Ясамане плохо работают POS-терминалы. Официанты бегают по залу с ними, ловят сеть. Обычно всегда получается. А тут получилось так что с меня банк сумму списал, а терминал выдал что нет. После какого-то времени разбирательств (все вежливо) я решил оплатить еще раз, тем более что сумма небольшая, а их менеджер обещал разобраться с банком и вернуть деньги.
В следующие дни еще два раза заходил в Ясаман, спрашивал - разводят руками, мол пока не получается. Но ощущение было что никто и не собирается разбираться.
Я уехал домой, вот прошло больше месяца, ничего не изменилось. Фото прилагаю.
В общем неприятный инцидент. Снимает иллюзии про кавказское гостеприимство. Понимаю, что единичный случай, понимаю что бизнес, но неприятно все равно

I am writing an angry review. I was with a friend today. We were in no particular hurry to bring the order, and fuck it. I like sweets. After dinner, I asked for bird's milk and it was brought...I don't know what. Some kind of layered sweet dessert, absolutely not similar in consistency, taste, or appearance to what is expected. "maybe it's Armenian bird's milk?" I thought and ate it anyway, although I was counting on the usual white bird's milk.And only now, sitting on a white friend and searching the Internet for countless types of "bird's milk" and not finding anything similar, I realize that it seems to me that they just snuck in an order that someone canceled and which had not been fresh for a long time. I'm upset, to be honest. I went to this cafe periodically...I won't do it now.

Понравилось всё!
И уютный зал и веранды на улицы и чуткий персонал!
Мы гости из Москвы, жили в гостинице напротив этого замечательного ресторана посещали его два раза в день 😊 утром на кофе с мороженным, пахлавой и настоящим душистым горным 🍯 медом. А вечером на ужин с вкуснейшим армянским вином!

We were on the weekend. We booked a table half an hour before arrival. There were few empty seats in the restaurant, we were warned that the dishes would not be ready for at least 30 minutes. It didn't bother us. The snow was falling beautifully outside the window, we were sitting next to a burning fireplace - beauty. The kitchen is good, everything was delicious enough.
The children were taken to the children's room in the next building, there was an animator girl who entertained the children. The children's room is free.
I really liked the cakes. Chocolate, Esterhazy, honey cake were very tasty, soaked👍
My husband did not like that there was no vodka for Hash, there were no strong drinks on the bar menu, but this did not stop him😁
In general, we are very satisfied with the restaurant)

Early in the morning, we booked a table for the evening to eat their traditional hash. 30 minutes before booking, when we were already on our way to the restaurant, a girl called very rudely and said that the hash was over and put down the phone without offering anything else. Посетили этот ресторан несколько раз большой компанией (8 человек). И с уверенностью можем сказать, что это прекрасное место: от обслуживания до самой еды. Приятная атмосфера, быстрое и качественное обслуживание. Еда просто невероятная. Порции очень достойные , большинство блюд можно смело заказывать на несколько человек. Все напитки от чая до алкоголя вкусные. Лично я осталась в полном восторге от тортика (эстерхази ) такого вкусного я нигде не пробовала. Однозначно рекомендую это место, из всех посещенных этот ресторан входит в топ 1.

В этом месте прекрасно все )
Смело берите любой шашлык, долму в виноградных листьях и салат с тархуном. Не очень советую брать обычный тонкий лаваш, так как он на мой взгляд слишком сухой, но лепешка нормальная.
Очень вкусный шашлык из форели, хотя на шашлык он не похож, просто рыба пожаренная кусочками, но очень вкусно.
Шашлык из грибов тоже хорош, а вот из картошки мне показался суховат.
Очень достойный медовик.
Мы жили в марриотте и ходили в этот ресторан пешком, пробовали еще пару ресторанов поблизости, но ясаман в топе.
Кстати есть еще этот ресторан в Ереване, но мы туда так и не сходили (

From the Russian borscht with lard is excellent.
From the local everything is fine.
Even various homemade wine, the most inexpensive cherry, is just fine.
On weekends, the reservation is almost complete.
