I liked that the young man turned out to have a good sense of humor. 👍The map says it will contact space now 😁you need to wait a bit.He was sympathetic when I said I was late. What about the taste impressions. The rolls are delicious, the soy sauce is not salty. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CLIENT!
On July 1, at 20:12, I made an order on the website, where it was indicated that an order confirmation notification would come, after 40 minutes I called to clarify whether the order was accepted, they say that they accepted it at 20:30. At 22:20 I call to clarify where the order is, they call me back and say that the courier was detained by previous customers and that he will be in 7 minutes, I am at a loss. The courier arrived at 20:37, I ask what happened to you, the man does not understand what I mean, he will explain that at 21:45 he only had to issue an order, and that was issued 10 minutes later, which is why it took so long. Which is logical, because the baked rolls were hot, therefore the girl lied to me, instead of explaining how it is, that there is a lot of workload or something else. During this time, I could have ordered elsewhere if I had been warned, but at 10 pm nothing was working anymore, I had to wait.I resent the manager's lies!
