I join all the positive reviews! It is really clean, the rooms are cozy (I had a night light with a soft warm light in my room), any household issues are quickly resolved (all I needed was everything I got

Great hotel. Simple, clean. In the center of Sukhum . Near the beach, market, shops, promenade , cafes . We checked in on arrival at 12:00. The staff is very friendly.

Abkhazia is rightfully called the country of the soul, and I can also say with full confidence that Hope is the soul of the hotel. She manages everything: to greet guests cordially, surround them with care and attention, promptly and efficiently resolve issues that arise, keep order and much, much more!
