One of the best hotels on my trip. Small, comfortable, clean. Excellent hearty breakfasts. There are wonderful people at the reception: they will prompt, help and explain. The terrace on the 3rd floor is just a wonderful place. There is a small kitchen, you can cook dinner or just have a glass of wine before going to bed

A wonderful mini-hotel. Everything inside is very nice and clean. Excellent observation deck on the roof of the terrace on the third floor. There are tables, there is a kitchen, or you can just sit and smoke. Registan is clearly visible from it. There is a TV in the room with a YouTube channel. Fedya's cafe is nearby, I would just take it out as a separate attraction. The hotel has a wonderful varied breakfast: porridge, fruits, nuts, dried fruits, cakes, omelets, croutons, boiled eggs, sausages, etc. There is a cooler with hot and cold water in the lobby, but of course there is a kettle in the room. The hosts, husband and wife, are sooo attentive and unobtrusively caring. If you happen to visit Samarkand again, then only to this hotel to Rustam. Rustam Ikrom's neighbor showed us the real Samarkand, when we met Rome, we refused the services of travel agencies, I highly recommend it, believe me and you will leave, just like us happy and satisfied. I hope my review will help someone.
The advantages are huge! The main thing is that this private hotel does not close out of season and it is full of guests, which indicates its real popularity. You will be met and transferred at any time of the day for acceptable money, as I was met at 3 am at the airport. A clean room with excellent plumbing, hot water in the shower, the light does not disappear, as it often happens in the city, as there is its own generator and three independent electrical lines. The breakfasts are delicious (for me for sure), you can quickly get to the hotel from anywhere in the city by taxi, since it is equidistant from the main attractions. There are no noisy streets nearby, so you can sleep with the window open. There are discounts if you do not use intermediary aggregators such as all sorts of bookings and islands. The staff with excellent Russian language helps to solve any issue, even with local cellular and Internet connection. By the way, Wi-Fi is firing like a cannon in all corners of the hotel thanks to three routers.
I noticed one minus: the muezzins wake up before the first roosters at 6:05 and then they have to close the windows.
