Among the disadvantages: tired rooms, practically no water flows in the shower during rush hour, very weak animation, very poor Internet (by the pool and on the beach it's just not there), a small territory, a hotel on a hillside (it's hard to move around the territory, if not by electric car. To be fair, electric cars go often), the status of ultra, unfortunately, does not give you the right to drink elite alcohol such as chivas and so on. (they say that this is an extra status)... In general, I recommend the hotel for a seal vacation (sunbathing, lying down). I characterize him as a solid four.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30. Check-in at 14:00. While waiting for check-in to the room, you could eat from 12-00. When we were checked into the room and we entered it, there was dirt on the floor, the refrigerator was not a refrigerator, the door to the bathroom did not close. They said this at the reception. It's been 8 hours since it's all been resolved. I had to go to the reception 7 times.
The next day the room was not cleaned, although cleaning is every day. The refrigerator has not been refilled with drinks, although they should also be every day.
In the restaurant, when they asked to clear the table to sit down, they waited 15 minutes. But nothing happened. I just had to leave the restaurant.
Instead of resting, you solve problems every day. And the rest is much shorter in time .

The hotel is not 5 stars. The rooms on the mountain are completely dead, in the main building - better. Wi-Fi in the main building and everywhere on the territory, including the beach, worked perfectly. The sea is gorgeous. There were enough sun beds for us. We had a rest from September 17 to 24. There weren't many people, but the queues for an omelet for breakfast and grilled for dinner are sacred! I can imagine what was going on there in the summer. The food is normal. You will not stay hungry, there is a choice. Claims to the cleanliness of the rooms, clean mediocre. In the restaurant, tables are not wiped, dishes are also often poorly washed. Who gave this hotel 5 stars?. Probably the worst hotel in Turkey I've been to. The price/quality does not match at all. The rooms don't even have the usual gels/lotions/shampoos. Everything is primitive and shabby, like in a 3-star hotel. In restaurants (the dining room is more suitable here) dirty dishes (plates, forks, spoons) There is no choice of dishes, eternal queues and the problem of finding a free table. When booking, it was stated that there is Wi-Fi in the rooms, which turned out to be a lie. There was no Internet connection. It was also stated that the hotel is after renovation. Maybe some rooms have been renovated, but ours has old plumbing and a broken shower. The only advantage of the hotel is the beautiful territory.
September 2024, two weeks of wonderful weather, warm sea, excellent service at this hotel. I plan to repeat it in 2025.

My room is located on the first tier of club rooms, after two days I realized that this room is better than in the main building, in my opinion, as they say, you are out in nature! I put two stars for the sea and nature! The staff is set up for Europeans, in the restaurant the waiters defiantly walk past you as if you are not there, neither the appliances will bring, nor a glass of wine, they do not understand Russian, so it is useless to ask them for anything!!! Everything is served to foreigners immediately, after the meal they serve wet hand wipes, offer to bring coffee, it is very noticeable from the outside. It's amazing how stupid you have to be to do that. I am a generous person by nature, but I will not give a single euro extra for such a service, lazy and stupid Turks will not receive any "tips", so my money will go back with me to Russia!!! 🇷🇺 Room cleaning is very controversial, disposable slippers on the second day are dirty, I conclude from this, the floors are dirty, they "forget" to put gel and shampoo, I have to remind you, agree, I shouldn't do this on vacation! The territory seems to be large, but in 4-5 days everything has been exhausted and it becomes boring, the shows are not always wonderful, the disco is more like a show, Europeans watch how Russian tourists anneal on the dance floor. Most importantly, what kind of idiot was involved in designing the territory and hotel rooms. A bunch of dangerous steps without handrails, dangerous descents to the beach, in the room there is a step from the entrance to the bed 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Russian tourists are not very welcome in bars, they pretend that they do not understand you, they also cannot offer a drink themselves, they pour not the best alcohol, they cheer, brazenly looking at your face!!! We visited Turkey 9 times.There is something to compare.the hotel has been renovated.but I would not say the repair is so-so, the doors are no longer closing.we changed 3 rooms, the first one was with ants, the smell of dampness, the beds were damp.

A very cool hotel, we had a great 10 days and for the first time I didn't want to go home.
The Aegean Sea was cool, but crystal clear
I was very pleased with the length of the shore and the separate secluded sunbeds on the pier
There is a very large selection of food, alcohol is acceptable

I was in it from 08/31/2023 for 10 days. The hotel has seen the sights. Repairs are required immediately!!! The rooms in the main building are not like cheap hostels. Everything is cleaned with one dirty rag. Plumbing and any metal objects in the bathroom are dirty and rusty. The condition of the toilet is worse than at a public gas station far beyond Moscow Time, which immediately just shocked me. Further - more. Some strange creatures, similar to small leeches, instantly crawl onto the wet floor in the shower and breed there. The staff does not pay attention to this at all. Room cleaning needs to be controlled independently. Your belongings are being sorted, opened and checked. The management cannot help in this matter. Why? - history is silent. The bed linen is dirty and torn. And it doesn't bother anyone. I was moved three times after many hours spent at the reception and guest reception. Can you imagine, yes, the holiday mood!? If you don't arrive on time (for the opening) for breakfast/lunch/dinner, then you will eat like a pig at a dirty table! There are appliances and an equally dirty glass glass for water (glass is served there only in the bar, in la carte and in the common dining room). Tea and coffee for breakfast are only made of plastic or paper cups. How is that even possible?? Apparently, it is not customary for their guests to drink from ceramics according to 5 stars. They were brought to the clinic, provided assistance, and billed for more than 400 €. We're at the end of our vacation, we don't have much cash. They raked every penny out of our cough. There is not enough money. I call the insurance company, the doctors just send for..., they demand money. There is no money for the return trip, everything was taken away. They transferred money to a card to someone in Russia, using the number given by the doctors. Now they are suffering nerves with a receipt. The bank's application is not loading. They circle around us like criminals.

We rested from 08/21/2018 to 1.09.22 room number 1545. The sea is clean, the beach is cleaned daily, the territory is beautifully landscaped, the rooms are regularly kept clean and toiletries are changed. The food is varied, fresh and for every taste. The only negative is Wi-Fi only in the lobby and on the beach, and Russian-speaking TV channels about nothing.

The big minus is our standard room (1248) is sooo old: the plumbing is terrible, the bathtub is painted somehow, the parquet board covered with wax once turned into a dirty, black floor on which it is squeamish to walk in slippers! At the same time, there are no bedside mats. The floor was dirty in places, cleaning clearly does not wash out all the dirt, the walls in the room are very thin, you can hear everything! The owner should be ashamed to offer people such rooms!!!
