I rested alone at the end of September. Traditionally, I will start with the pros: excellent food (varied, delicious, lots of vegetables), excellent staff (friendly, friendly, many Russian speakers), beautiful clear sea (sand), lots of sun loungers, towels can be taken with a reserve without a card, free safe, high-quality alcohol. Among the disadvantages: tired rooms, practically no water flows in the shower during rush hour, very weak animation, very poor Internet (by the pool and on the beach it's just not there), a small territory, a hotel on a hillside (it's hard to move around the territory, if not by electric car. To be fair, electric cars go often), the status of ultra, unfortunately, does not give you the right to drink elite alcohol such as chivas and so on. (they say that this is an extra status)... In general, I recommend the hotel for a seal vacation (sunbathing, lying down). I characterize him as a solid four.

Minuses.
We stayed at the hotel on 07/21/2024.
We arrived at the hotel at 11:30. Check-in at 14:00. While waiting for check-in to the room, you could eat from 12-00. When we were checked into the room and we entered it, there was dirt on the floor, the refrigerator was not a refrigerator, the door to the bathroom did not close. They said this at the reception. It's been 8 hours since it's all been resolved. I had to go to the reception 7 times.
The next day the room was not cleaned, although cleaning is every day. The refrigerator has not been refilled with drinks, although they should also be every day.
In the restaurant, when they asked to clear the table to sit down, they waited 15 minutes. But nothing happened. I just had to leave the restaurant.
Instead of resting, you solve problems every day. And the rest is much shorter in time .
Positive. Only a gorgeous sea and a nice pool.

We had a rest in September 2023) we lived in houses on the mountain, do not take) very dirty rooms, many times asked to clean normally, but there seems to be no understanding of cleanliness at all. We only walked around the room in slippers, because it was not possible otherwise. Russian russians were very few and more foreigners, you don't understand anyone and you too 😂 at the reception they found one girl who only speaks Russian and that was enough for us. Sea. This is what we came here for) awesome, clean, warm, we didn't get out of it at all)) the food was delicious, the omelettes were super in the morning, we went to the seafood restaurant, we also really liked it, be sure to go there. The negative is the dogs that were running all over the hotel. There is little animation, but it did not bother us, we just ate - slept- swam in the sea- ate again and slept in the shade again. super maximum lazy rest, as planned. Be sure to try pizza in one of the bars, it is bombastic, it is prepared from 12:00. The water park is so-so, for once) a real vacation for lazy people without any activities 😃we went))) 👍👍👍 and swimming pools, once we got to a foam party, the water in the pool was hot🤤🤤

The hotel is not 5 stars. The rooms on the mountain are completely dead, in the main building - better. Wi-Fi in the main building and everywhere on the territory, including the beach, worked perfectly. The sea is gorgeous. There were enough sun beds for us. We had a rest from September 17 to 24. There weren't many people, but the queues for an omelet for breakfast and grilled for dinner are sacred! I can imagine what was going on there in the summer. The food is normal. You will not stay hungry, there is a choice. Claims to the cleanliness of the rooms, clean mediocre. In the restaurant, tables are not wiped, dishes are also often poorly washed. The territory is quite clean. The beach, too.

Who gave this hotel 5 stars?. Probably the worst hotel in Turkey I've been to. The price/quality does not match at all. The rooms don't even have the usual gels/lotions/shampoos. Everything is primitive and shabby, like in a 3-star hotel. In restaurants (the dining room is more suitable here) dirty dishes (plates, forks, spoons) There is no choice of dishes, eternal queues and the problem of finding a free table. When booking, it was stated that there is Wi-Fi in the rooms, which turned out to be a lie. There was no Internet connection. It was also stated that the hotel is after renovation. Maybe some rooms have been renovated, but ours has old plumbing and a broken shower. The only advantage of the hotel is the beautiful territory.

Good afternoon, everyone! I am currently staying at this hotel. My room is located on the first tier of club rooms, after two days I realized that this room is better than in the main building, in my opinion, as they say, you are out in nature! I put two stars for the sea and nature! The staff is set up for Europeans, in the restaurant the waiters defiantly walk past you as if you are not there, neither the appliances will bring, nor a glass of wine, they do not understand Russian, so it is useless to ask them for anything!!! Everything is served to foreigners immediately, after the meal they serve wet hand wipes, offer to bring coffee, it is very noticeable from the outside. It's amazing how stupid you have to be to do that. I am a generous person by nature, but I will not give a single euro extra for such a service, lazy and stupid Turks will not receive any "tips", so my money will go back with me to Russia!!! 🇷🇺 Room cleaning is very controversial, disposable slippers on the second day are dirty, I conclude from this, the floors are dirty, they "forget" to put gel and shampoo, I have to remind you, agree, I shouldn't do this on vacation! The territory seems to be large, but in 4-5 days everything has been exhausted and it becomes boring, the shows are not always wonderful, the disco is more like a show, Europeans watch how Russian tourists anneal on the dance floor. Most importantly, what kind of idiot was involved in designing the territory and hotel rooms. A bunch of dangerous steps without handrails, dangerous descents to the beach, in the room there is a step from the entrance to the bed 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Russian tourists are not very welcome in bars, they pretend that they do not understand you, they also cannot offer a drink themselves, they pour not the best alcohol, they cheer, brazenly looking at your face!!! I was on a sightseeing tour to Bodrum, I liked the girl guide Madina, she told me very interestingly, well done, she was very friendly and friendly. The only thing is that I do not advise going to Peter's fortress with sore legs, there are many steps. And so, for a change, it is quite possible to go. There are many more disadvantages to this hotel, but I think that this is quite enough to understand what kind of hotel it is! I will never return to this hotel!!! The hotel is disgusting. I don't understand why he was given 5 stars!? The air conditioners are not working!!! The stuffiness is terrible, the WiFi is very weak, it works intermittently. It is impossible to surf the Internet because it is constantly disconnected. Lack of staff in the restaurant. There are not enough dishes, the appliances were waiting for 30 minutes. Poor service. The tables are dirty, they asked us to clean up and ignored us. My brother was poisoned. ANTS were crawling around the room. The shower drain was not working, the water was leaking onto the floor in the hallway. A lot of broken dishes in the bar. All cocktails were poured into glasses with chips.

We visited Turkey 9 times.There is something to compare.the hotel has been renovated.but I would not say the repair is so-so, the doors are no longer closing.we changed 3 rooms, the first one was with ants, the smell of dampness, the beds were damp.
The second one was dripping from the ceiling of the toilet right on you.
The third room is more or less, but the air conditioner does not work ((it's a shame that you have to ask and figure it out.instead of resting.
Bartenders, waiters are great.the rooms are well cleaned.the service is not very good.
The food is normal.no cherries, no baklava,
The water is the purest nature, the beautiful territory is full of flowers.

A very cool hotel, we had a great 10 days and for the first time I didn't want to go home.
The Aegean Sea was cool, but crystal clear
I was very pleased with the length of the shore and the separate secluded sunbeds on the pier

We stayed at the hotel from 02.08 to 12.08 with friends. The rest was set. Separately, it makes positive impressions. The rooms are lovely. The service is at a high level. I was very pleased with the Russian-speaking staff. The girls at the reception and the reception are all charm and responsiveness!!! All issues are solved instantly with a smile on your face, which is very pleasing! Visiting a la carte (fish) left an indelible impression! Hello! I will be without further ado, but immediately on the points of my assessment of the hotel. He holds 5 stars only for the location. It's beautiful! That's where the advantages ended! I was in it from 08/31/2023 for 10 days. The hotel has seen the sights. Repairs are required immediately!!! The rooms in the main building are not like cheap hostels. Everything is cleaned with one dirty rag. Plumbing and any metal objects in the bathroom are dirty and rusty. The condition of the toilet is worse than at a public gas station far beyond Moscow Time, which immediately just shocked me. Further - more. Some strange creatures, similar to small leeches, instantly crawl onto the wet floor in the shower and breed there. The staff does not pay attention to this at all. Room cleaning needs to be controlled independently. Your belongings are being sorted, opened and checked. The management cannot help in this matter. Why? - history is silent. The bed linen is dirty and torn. And it doesn't bother anyone. I was moved three times after many hours spent at the reception and guest reception. Can you imagine, yes, the holiday mood!? If you don't arrive on time (for the opening) for breakfast/lunch/dinner, then you will eat like a pig at a dirty table! There are appliances and an equally dirty glass glass for water (glass is served there only in the bar, in la carte and in the common dining room). Tea and coffee for breakfast are only made of plastic or paper cups. How is that even possible?? Apparently, it is not customary for their guests to drink from ceramics according to 5 stars. The variety of food leaves much to be desired. This also applies to ala card restaurants. If you pay 55 euros for a VIP pavilion on the sea, which from 10 to 18 should include full service, then you will wait for your order in parts, and sometimes just demand to bring something! The order is not really remembered and forgotten, because no one records anything. The staff there is like on vacation with you. The grill and pans are all greasy and dirty, and the taste of burnt oil is always present everywhere. The deck chairs are not washed. Towels with holes. Please wipe the tables between the chaise lounges yourself. In the main building, in a room on the 6th floor, it is simply impossible to smell sewage almost around the clock. The playground is closed. The water slides are closed. The furniture on the lobby is falling apart. In general, I had a culture shock! I do not recommend it!!!! Turks and their families are mostly vacationing. Entertainment in Turkish. Few people know English, I'm not talking about Russian at all. 2 stars only for nature, alas!

I am currently staying at the hotel. My vacation was ruined by the actions of the medical service.
They sought help due to an allergic reaction to an insect bite. Having previously said that we have medical insurance. They were brought to the clinic, provided assistance, and billed for more than 400 €. We're at the end of our vacation, we don't have much cash. They raked every penny out of our cough. There is not enough money. I call the insurance company, the doctors just send for..., they demand money. There is no money for the return trip, everything was taken away. They transferred money to a card to someone in Russia, using the number given by the doctors. Now they are suffering nerves with a receipt. The bank's application is not loading. They circle around us like criminals.
The insurance company told us that we were simply deceived. Do not accept the services of courteous doctors, first call your insurance company! Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to the hotel and its staff! You guys are all well done-friendly, sociable, welcoming, especially Russian-speaking guest workers. I really wanted to mention Nafisa-she is always calm, attentive to details, ready to help and solve any issue, after which you feel surrounded by care and friendly support. We rested from 08/21/2018 to 1.09.22 room number 1545. The sea is clean, the beach is cleaned daily, the territory is beautifully landscaped, the rooms are regularly kept clean and toiletries are changed. The food is varied, fresh and for every taste. The only negative is Wi-Fi only in the lobby and on the beach, and Russian-speaking TV channels about nothing.

You take tea in one bar, and for a lemon for tea, you go to another bar. The tables are cleaned very poorly. Sand and mud are everywhere. The food is good, but the drinks are bad. Why they position themselves as UALL is not clear. All imported alcohol is paid for.

Plus: helpful staff, special thanks to Adelina, who works at the reception - a super man with a kind soul) such attentive people to the hotel client create a super prestige for the institution.
The advantages of the hotel: a picturesque bay, a good entrance to the sea, water plus 25, the food is delicious, there are no lobsters on the menu), but there is fish, meat, a large selection of fruits and vegetables - in general, you will not stay hungry.
Two pools (there are no comments on them, we swim in the sea).
Another of the advantages : there are no tags on the hands, beach towels can be freely available, so to speak)
There are good rooms with WiFi in the main building.
Minuses:
The hotel clearly lacks good cleaning and high-quality care - the feeling of a slightly unwashed hotel, especially when you are greeted by wilted potted flowers at the entrance next to the reception.
The big minus is our standard room (1248) is sooo old: the plumbing is terrible, the bathtub is painted somehow, the parquet board covered with wax once turned into a dirty, black floor on which it is squeamish to walk in slippers! At the same time, there are no bedside mats. The floor was dirty in places, cleaning clearly does not wash out all the dirt, the walls in the room are very thin, you can hear everything! The owner should be ashamed to offer people such rooms!!!
There is no Wi-Fi in the standard ones.
But a good view of the bay, clean linen and towels, a kettle in the room and a compliment from the hotel: a bottle of wine with fruit)
Minus that at night and early in the morning, for some reason, the staff drives electric cars under the windows with the signal turned on, standard rooms are on the mountain, and minus that until three or four in the morning Music is screaming from the sea .
The downside is the creepy mattresses on the deck chairs, which are constantly in the sand, the beach itself is cleaned, but the deck chairs and mattresses betray the old age of the hotel. The beach is narrow, in the morning there is enough space for everyone until 11, then there is no place to find by the sea.
The hotel is on the outskirts, there is nothing nearby.
The village is 1.5 hours away by bus.
The animation is in English-Turkish, but the guys on their shows try to make everyone understand them.
