I was in this place on 05/11/2022, consulted on the provision of a loan. Employees take Consent to obtain a credit history from the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, but they do not make the request there, they save money. It is also paid for organizations.. Instead, they are trying to hack the client's profile on the MSI - ERIP website. They go to the site, enter the provided phone number as a login and try to change the password. Right in front of the customer sitting opposite! But the client does not see that they are trying to hack his profile on the MSI, because the monitor is turned back to the client and what is happening on the screen is not visible. An SMS with a password change code is sent to the client's phone. They say that they need to be informed of the SMS code to confirm the already signed Consent. They blatantly lie in the face of people who do not understand the details. To request to the National Bank, you only need a passport number. There is no need to inform the client of any additional codes! I refused to give the code from the SMS and asked for a complaint book. The manager said she couldn't find her in her office. I called the police and oh, a miracle! The complaint book magically materialized on the table in front of me. I've written a statement, they're sorting it out. Friends, be vigilant. These clowns in front of your nose can also log into your online banking, for example. Or somewhere else. Contact decent organizations, not this sharashkin's office.
