I bought an apartment in Yekta residential complex Yekta Kestel Residence, the keys to the apartment, only kapidja has the name Zahide. Today I saw the water bill from January to February. It turns out that my apartment is being rented without my asking. It 's a complete mess. I'll come in May and deal with them.

It's good to be in Mahmutlar. There is a good shopping center on the ground floor - a lot of shops , there is a coffee shop, a small fountain. In general, Ekta builds great, but there are questions about this complex.

No, no and no again!!! We came to see the apartment in the Yekta complex, I am a professional builder, we did not like the apartments, the quality of the building is low. They were recorded for viewing via WhatsApp via a personal phone number. Upon arrival home, endless calls from Yekta employees with various offers began. This Hell has been going on for TWO years!!! Yekta leaked my phone to other developers and I receive at least 5 spam calls a day!!! Avoid this company!!! I've already thought about changing the number, but I've been using it for many years and replacing it is problematic. An absolute DISGRACE to such a service!!!
