The service is at the level of a cheap hairdresser, the price tag is not the cheapest Minsk salon, the level of quality of work of some masters is as frustrating as possible. I got into a joint master several times, no stability, it's good or bad, then they'll pour it out of the tap. This is not the level of the salon for that kind of money!!
