I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful guides — Sonu, Asya and Jasmine — for the opportunity to get acquainted with the history and cultural heritage of Armenia from all sides and heights, from all ages and epochs. In 3 days, I was lucky enough to visit about ten temples of different times, see the incredible beauty of Lake Sevan and feel the unshakable majesty of the rocky terrain. For a whole week, this company provided our rest. The selection and quality of excursions is wonderful! We visited many historical and spiritual places of Armenia (Sevan, Geghard, Garni, Khor Virap and others). The buses are comfortable and clean. The guides know their business perfectly and present the material perfectly, falling in love with Armenia. The only drawback is that the tour to the winery is clearly weak, as is the quality of the wine presented. Thanks a lot for everything else!

On October 20th, my daughter and I went on a guided tour of Dilijan Old Town, Haghartsin Monastery, Lake Parz and Lake Sevan. This is a very picturesque route with amazing facts from the history of Armenia and these places. Thanks to our wonderful guide Naira, we just fell in love with Armenia and its people. 1.04.24 We were on an excursion "fascinating view of Mount Ararat" with Anastasia. Everything was wonderful, the tour was very friendly and how great it is when there is a guide in the tour who is ready to tell you everything about the objects of the visit, we took a tour to Lake Sevan from another tour agency, I will not mention the name, the guys are standing on cars all over the streets of Yerevan, instead of a guide, just a driver, questions after such an excursion There are more than answers left. There was a slight minus on the menu in the restaurant, it was difficult for me to make a choice, salads and flatbread were super, but the main course was for an amateur, this is not only my opinion, but also the majority of the group. If, instead of options 1 and 2, there would be dolma or chicken kebab, it would be ideal, it would make the choice much easier.

This is the second year I have been choosing this company to explore Armenia. The first tour this year is a sightseeing tour of the city and the temples of Etchmiadzin. Even on the bus, before the tour started, when I saw our guide, I realized that the tour would be wonderful. The guide is Anastasia, positive, very emotional, quickly solves all the issues that arise. She is very comfortable with her. Thank you!!!!
The next two excursions were also very interesting and eventful. These are Jermuk, Zvartnots Temple, Mermaid Hair waterfall. Gayane's guide.
And a tour of All the antiquities in one day - the Temples of Noravank and Khor Virap, the Cave of Birds. Jasmine's guide. And on both excursions there was a wine tasting in the village of Areni, with very hospitable hosts, a married couple Gevorg (if I remember correctly) and Sveta. Seven varieties of wines, for every taste and cognac.

Отличное агентство! Туры организовывают на высоком уровне. Персонал вежливый, гиды профессионалы, автобусы удобные, водители молодцы! Побывала на трёх экскурсиях, всё великолепно! Виды и природа Армении завораживают своей красотой! Очень понравилась гид Вардуи (Роза), которая интересно и с любовью рассказала о своей Родине, об её обычаях. Ответила на все вопросы, которые возникли у нас во время поездок, подсказала интересные места для посещения в самом Ереване. Всё уважительно и позитивно. Хочется продолжить знакомство с этой теплой и добродушной страной именно с этой компанией!!!:) Всем рекомендую! Лично я теперь только с ними!

The only drawback (but it's just that my friend and I arrived at the collection point the very last) is not a very convenient location of the seats in the minivan. The last row consists of 4 seats and we were so "lucky" that all four (including us) were larger than the size of M, so they drove like herrings in a barrel)) but this, again, is not a disadvantage of the company. Just a feature of the machine. Come in advance to sit not in the last row) Traffic jams in the morning, also take this into account. Instead of 15 minutes, we drove 40.

I liked the tour through them. The bus to Rome was a little late, I had to wait, but the guide (we had Nare) told the whole route very professionally and interestingly, thank her very much!
But the impression was spoiled by a visit to the cafe Lchak on the route. They didn't offer us anything else, apparently the agency has a contract with them. There was no way to refuse lunch either. Dear agency, even if you have some business or personal relationship with this cafe, but you can't disrespect your tourists to such an extent, solve this issue already, don't pay yourself karma.
So:We were brought to this cafe during the tour, apparently the travel agency has an agreement with this cafe. As soon as we sat down, I saw that in my wine glass there were remnants of water that remained from the previous group, no one bothered to wash the glasses. And the wine glasses themselves were all stained and stained.
Back on the bus, we were offered to choose 1 of the lunch options. I ordered a barbecue and a salad of grilled vegetables. By the way, it was the most expensive option of 5700 drams. They brought a shish kebab - 2 pieces of hard, warm, fatty meat. I have good teeth, but it wasn't chewable! It seems to me that it was generally warmed up by the remnants of yesterday, probably by someone half-eaten. A tiny portion of the salad consisted of a bitter, albeit peeled cucumber and a fried tomato! And that's it! It was in October, i.e. in the season of eggplant, sweet pepper and other vegetables. The cafe was almost empty, apparently they survive on such contracts with excursions from travel agencies. Cats walked around the neighboring tables (tables on the street). There are unrealistically many of them there. And as I understand it, no one changes tablecloths after cats, nor do they wash wine glasses after visitors. Almost all tourists were outraged. Other lunch options were no better - potatoes with pasta (a strange combination) or some local porridge, but also at wild prices!
In general - a disgusting place.

В понедельник 20 марта 2023 года ездила с мамой на экскурсию Все древности за 1 день. Посетили очень красивые монастыри Армении: Нораванк; Хор Вирап и экскурсию на винном заводе Арени с дегустацией вина. По пути сделали внеплановую остановку посмотреть аистов в деревне Арени. Выражаю благодарность гиду Хасмику за грамотный и увлекательный рассказ и водителю Марату за безопасное вождение! Рекомендую всем данную экскурсию к посещению! 21 марта 2023 года посетила с мамой экскурсию Крылья Татева. Очень понравилась экскурсия! Посетили Монастырь Татев, Водопад Шаки и Винный Завод Арени. Сделали очень красивые фотографии! Покатались на самой длинной пассажирской канатной дороге в мире! Выражаю благодарность гиду Сона за интересный рассказ о достопримечательностях Армении. Очень вежливая и доброжелательная гид! И выражаю благодарность водителю Артуру за профессиональное вождение по горным дорогам Армении!

Отзыв о: групповой тур "Крылья Татева" с посещением винзавода Арени
Добрый день всем. Хочу поделиться впечатлением об экскурсии Крылья Татева.
Тур фирма Ерани тревэл имеет очень понятный сайт . Выбор и покупка экскурсии прошли легко. Очень порадовало личное сообщение воцап с обратной связью. Подача транспорта и регистрация туристов были вовремя. Автобус маленький , но все работало безупречно. Кондиционер, вайфай. Автобусов было 2. Нашего водителя зовут Араик, экскурсовода - Наина.
Вся путевая информация была невероятно интересной. В комплексе с потрясающими видами это незабываемо. Горный хребет преодолевали по серпантину. Водитель - не водитель, а пилот самолёта. Иногда было очень страшно. Слева- скала, справа - обрыв. Как он вывез нас без приключений, я не знаю. Он просто волшебник. Останавливались на обед. Обед входил в стоимость. Мне очень очень понравились все овощные блюда! Но вот горячее блюдо с говядиной было неудачным. Говядина была очень жёсткой.
На канатной дороге Крылья Татева капсулы рассчитаны на меньшее количество народу, чем пассажиры из двух автобусов сразу. Чтобы уехать всем сразу, в капсулу набилось количество людей, большее, чем места у окон. Естественно, те, кто ехали в центре капсулы, не смогли насладиться потрясающими видами горной долины в полной мере. Это огорчило. Понятно, что такой наплыв туристов подразумевает подобные нюансы, но мне кажется, лучше одной капсулой отправлять один автобус, тогда , особенно в жару, туристы смогут полностью восхититься всем происходящим. Древняя Обитель Татев впечатлила. Гид - очень интересный рассказчик.
Очень понравилась поездка на водопад. Он невероятно динамичный, мощный и объемный.
На обратном пути заехали на винзавод Арени. Была экскурсия и дегустация.
Спасибо водителю за наше успешное возвращение и экскурсоводу за незабываемые впечатления! А фирме Ерани трэвэл за достойную организацию

Посетил 2 экскурсии с этой фирмой. Очень интересно, замечательный водитель Ашот. Экскурсия в Татев была невероятно длинной, но благодаря гиду и водителю пролетела в очень душевной обстановке. В целом хорошие туры, угощают местными сладостями. Мелочь, а приятно)

I came to Yerevan on vacation, alone. On the first day of rest, I took an excursion, decided that if I liked it, I would take three more to occupy all the days of my stay in the country.
The first day was so wonderful that there are no words. We went to Garni, Geghart, Symphony of stones. Guide Anna is just lovely, it was very cozy and comfortable with her!! Since it was my first day with Yerani Travel, Anya became, one might say, an excellent business card of the agency.
Upon arrival from the tour, I bought 3 more tours (from 3 there is a discount!).
The second day we went to Khor Virap, very close to Ararat, to Noravank, to the cave of birds and to wine tasting with Jasmine! This time she led the tour in two languages, everything was clear, she paid enough attention to everyone. The first and second day we were driven by a wonderful driver Vartan, thank you, everything was safe, this is the most important thing!
The third day - Tatev, cable car, waterfall, and again wine tasting in Anastasia! You need to look for a more sincere guide and again in two languages! Thanks to her, we all on the bus, being from different countries and cities, did not become one small family for a long time.
Well, Tatev and the nature around him is just fantastic. Yes, the tour is the longest, but it's definitely worth it.
And the last day - blue-eyed Sevan, Dilijan, another lake in the mountains with Vartui! She told me a lot of interesting, historical things, the information that I learned from previous excursions was revealed deeper and wider thanks to Vartui's knowledge.
On the 3rd and 4th day we were driven by a Vagan driver! And again, an excellent level of security, even on the serpentine it was not scary!
The girls at the agency are also nice and friendly. The only wish is to make them name badges to know who to thank.
Yerani Travel is just super guys. I am grateful to each of your large qualified and friendly company.

A good, friendly team, we took several excursions through them, we liked everything, the only thing we didn't like was the food, during the tour we stopped at one of the restaurants and served overcooked shish kebab and tin potatoes. Therefore, in the second round we refused to take a set, but ordered everything on the spot and ate with everyone and tastier and cheaper) Good luck to all and new trips.

Были на экскурсиях в апреле 2022 (Герард-Гарни и Агарцин-Севан).
Первая экскурсия - сплошной восторг! Красивые и интересные локации (причем все по маршруту), отличный экскурсовод, вкусный и сытный обед. Еды было действительно много (для группы накрыли большой стол в ресторане с местной едой).
На второй экскурсии не повезло с погодой, шел то дождь, то снег. Но экскурсовод всеми силами нас подбадривала: (1) показывала фотографии разных мест, которые мы проезжали, чтобы мы понимали как что выглядит в хорошую погоду, т.к. местами видимость из-за снега была нулевая, (2) укутывала легко одетых туристов в свои шарфы. На маршруте Агарцин-Севан половина дороги - серпантин. Не для тех, кого укачивает)
Отдельно стоит отметить новенькие экскурсионные автобусы с вайфаем. Это очень удобно.
Хорошая туркомпания. С удовольствием еще поедем на другие экскурсии, когда снова будем в Ереване.

28 апреля ездила с экскурсией по маршруту Ереван - Дилижан- Севанованк. Нашим гидом был Самвел, водитель Карен. Отличное обслуживание, превосходный рассказ о посещаемых местах. Приятно, когда работают люди, любящие своё дело. Благодвря им и, конечно же ,прекрасным пейзажам, храмам, сохранивших свободолюбивый дух Армении, влюбляешься в эту страну тоже. Спасибо большое. We went on the route Yerevan-Dilijan-Lake Parz-Deer farm-Haghartsin-Sevanavank.
In general, everything is very superficial. Dilijan was never shown to us. They brought them to the stylized antique shops and said - here is Dilijan. Neither the central square with a fountain, nor the amphitheater were shown. We stayed for 20 minutes and left.
At all points, the guide briefly gave information at the car and let her go for a walk. "I answer questions only in the car."
Buses are convenient. There are seat belts. Be prepared for the fact that the driver will overtake on the oncoming lane in a closed turn.
