The garden is sorely lacking in grooming and watering, the paths are also terrible. The worst garden of the 4 that I have seen. It's not a pity to pay for the entrance, at least they will improve it a little, I hope. The attitude of the locals is terrible, even the guards smoke. During the two-hour walk, I did not see a single employee caring for plants or soil, but I met more than a dozen guards.
Construction is underway everywhere. Just like that. There is no way to walk along the paths: at best, crushed stone is poured. Everything is overgrown with wild weeds.
If you have a camera available, then the entrance price is 5000 and without a camera 500 ... There is nothing interesting inside, construction and dust..... Trees are cut down to build a cafe.... It's a shame!!!!!
As a tourist attraction, it's boring, the plants are almost not signed anywhere, it's just a nice well-groomed park for walking.

The Botanical Garden is under restoration. A lot has been dug up. I think it will be good when the repairs are completed, but for now there is not much to do there. But if you just take a walk once....
I don't see any point in coming here, there are no exotic plants there. Entrance is paid, and to enter the glass greenhouse on the territory, you also need to pay there. Everything is different... Nothing. Any park in Yerevan will be more interesting.
It wasn't worth the time to go there. Entrance for adults is 500dram, for children under 10 years old 200dram. The park is about nothing. Only the air is fresh and smells very green. Construction is everywhere. Entrance to the greenhouse is charged separately. And for all this "pleasure", more was paid than it brought pleasure, in multiples. There's nothing to do there
Great for your money.
If people didn't smoke in line for tickets, it would be great.
Well, the system at the entrance gives the feeling of a regime object :)
A large area. There is a lot of shadow. A flat place without slides. Admission costs about 30 rubles. Entrance to the greenhouses is 40 rubles. Friendly staff. Locals use it as a picnic spot. Unfortunately, there is apparently little money allocated for the maintenance of the garden. It feels like he needs reconstruction and repair. Therefore, 4 stars.

We were in May 2024, almost everything is under reconstruction there now and there is nowhere to go : (but the birds sing beautifully, 2 stars for them)
In general, there is no point in going until the reconstruction is completed.
It's running. There are a lot of stray dogs. And snakes are crawling. You can only walk along the main central alley and the lanterns are only on the alley.

Big, a little neglected in places. But charming. We love to wander there with our daughter, especially in autumn. There is a bike rental.
The subscriber for a month for three is 6000 drams, if I'm not confused.
Today I saw a report about the garden on the MIR channel and immediately found it on the Internet. The potential is huge! The main thing is that there should be visitors and volunteers who are ready to help and take care of the plants. It's very difficult! I wanted to come to Armenia with my collection of carnivorous plants and hold an exhibition with a presentation. I will definitely give several species to the botanical garden and teach them how to keep predators in the greenhouse. I hope someone from the staff of the garden will read this review and contact me.
I purchased a subscription for a month of visits, it costs 3000 AMD and 500 AMD card. The unfriendly woman at the garden ticket office at first did not want to apply for a monthly subscription, she was interested in how many times I would go, but eventually she did. A strange organization. The garden is of interest exclusively for jogging, there is a 3km circle, there is no lighting at night, I have seen stray barking dogs several times.
the garden has not been repaired since Soviet times, everything is broken, the trees are not cared for, the greenhouse is closed for six months. The entrance is not convenient, the cashiers are harmful. It is not clear why you pay 500 drams at all
A neglected place with great potential.
The entry amount does not match the location.
Weeds, untidy dry leaves, a frankly tired place. And yet, there is a barbecue without palev, as in a vegetable garden. Well, this :/
