Service is bad. After ordering groceries through any app they miss orders or weight lesser amount than mentioned but charge full price also the customer care is very bad I called for help due to missing orders she said I will get it in 30min but the order didn’t arrive for 2-3 hours and when I called back she answered and the moment I asked about my orders she hung up and every time I call she hung up after hearing me so technically I never received my order and my problem was left unresolved

Do not order food from here, they deliverer spoiled food and intentionally don't add physical receipt and then refuse to return money for spoiled food. Also the package didn't have any date or anything else that can mark when food is best so... Yandex end up returning my money, not the store. Store was hostile and didn't even wanna talk. Also today I ordered meat fillet, and got 1/3 of the total weigh of meat as fat, it's not even fillet that was on image. Store again poorly communicate with me but at least they will come back for return in this case. I would get them even worse rate If I can.
