The high cost of services in comparison with other notaries. They did not report the entire cost at once, they had to pay for an additional passport transfer, which had not been previously reported and was not included in the cost reported when submitting documents. They do not accept cards, only cash. The notary at the reception was more busy communicating with subordinates than affixing signatures and seals.
