Let's start with the most important thing - a great location! Step out of the beautiful arch and find yourself in the very center of Yerevan – Republic Square. And now about the hotel itself. The rooms are very functional, there is everything you need, even a board with an iron, which is rare now. Julius Meinl coffee and tea, very high-quality toiletries and hygiene products, soft and thick bathrobes and towels… They respond promptly and kindly to requests, they were overpowered in another room because of the noise on the street. Quiet and peaceful! What you need when you walk around the noisy streets and restaurants. We will definitely come here again! Thank you very much!

It's a lovely hotel. Beautiful, clean, quiet. Delicious, hearty and varied breakfasts. The rooms are large and comfortable. Kettle, iron, water, coffee/tea, soap accessories, powerful hair dryer. Located in the center. All the sights are within walking distance! The staff is polite, helpful, and friendly. Thank them for their excellent service

A good hotel, attentive staff, room cleaning is carried out every day, the room has everything you need to stay, even an iron and ironing board) the only thing in my room was not a lamp in the hallway, but everything was quickly replaced. Buffet breakfasts, convenient location, near a beautiful square with singing fountains and within walking distance of many eating establishments and walking places.

The hotel is the best of the best!!! Everything is great in it - the location, large rooms, excellent breakfasts, staff. The way the towels were cleaned and changed here - I have not seen this. Everything is fresh and clean every day. The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling and happy to see you.
For me, as a girl, there was one disadvantage - there was not enough lighting in the bathroom. It is impossible to make up)))

Which is good:
- the staff is very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. It's very nice to see.
- very good breakfast, lots of things, hot omelet/fried egg
- great wifi)
- very nice pillows and a bed, sleep comfortably.
What is not very good:
- noise insulation, you can hear everything from the corridor, who is walking and talking loudly.
- the air conditioner/fan needs to be replaced, it makes so much noise!(( we sleep well in earplugs

A good hotel, the prices are quite normal for the center. Together with the room itself, unlimited trips to the fitness room are included for free. And for a small surcharge, a mini-bar with adequate prices and good alcohol
Of the disadvantages, sometimes the battery does not work, but the staff is responsive and on the first call from the hospital they will bring you a heater to your room.

All for the stated 4 stars. Clean, comfortable, comfortable mattress and plumbing, good breakfasts, helpful staff.
The main advantage is the wonderful location, the very center, the windows are certainly not on the square, but literally two steps away, which allows you to fully enjoy walking in the evening Yerevan.

If you come for a walk, and not sit in the room, then everything is OK. It's an old repair. The bathroom does not close, but simply moves with a glass partition. The catering is decent. A mini bar too. Linen is changed daily. Everything is clean

Everything is fine in this hotel :) Despite the stardom (I don't remember how many ⭐️), it was very comfortable, and there was everything you need to stay. Clean room, comfortable bathroom, all personal hygiene products, etc.
Excellent breakfast and delicious dishes from the restaurant menu.
Very! the hospitable attitude of all employees of the hotel, everyone tries to make the rest take place.
The location is also excellent, the view from the window did not bother at all, (to the courtyard), because the hotel's website has absolutely reliable information and photos.

The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan near the government of the country, this is an undoubted plus for the hotel. The work of the staff is worthy of all kinds of praise. Disadvantages: breakfast (buffet) does not correspond to a hotel of this class - all kinds of scrambled eggs, porridge and sausage slices as hot are somehow not enough (the pastry was of good quality and in a large assortment).

The hotel has exceeded all expectations for me personally.
First of all, a new one. Everything is very fresh, the room is large. We took three rooms - standard and two improved ones. Their family of 4 people (two children) and a babysitter.
Breakfast is beyond praise.
Two weeks ago we were in the UAE at 5*, the breakfast was surprisingly worse than at this hotel in Armenia!
Every day there are pastries, delicious cakes , cheeses, sausages, olives, fruits, cereals, yoghurts and everything else.
I think that the choice of food is great.
We ate breakfast, strangely enough, before lunch.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant for two days, the food was very good too.
Now about the service,
The service is just 5 stars.
The beginning was not very positive.
Booked on booking com; using an American visa card. The payment failed. It's very strange.
We found out about it at the reception upon check-in.
The card was used in restaurants , shops , pharmacies everywhere in Armenia . There is no hotel. Well, it's very strange.
Well, thank God the issue was resolved, by a lucky chance we had a map of the world with us.
The payment was made by mir.
The hotel staff are very helpful.
The service is incredible.
Bags are carried to the room even if they were not asked for.
They help with any question, I asked them to find restaurants for dinner for us, and book.
They made us a list of restaurants, called us and booked tables.
The children got sick. Fever, cough.
I had to call an ambulance through the reception. We helped at 4 o'clock in the morning. The doctor came straight to the room. The staff of the hotel took me to the pharmacy right by the hand.
Thank you for such a warm welcome and service.
We will be happy to return.

He lived in 4 different hotels in Yerevan. Yerevan Place is the best option for me. Probably only the Ramada would put on the same level of service and comfort.
Good room stock, convenient location. And most importantly - delicious and varied breakfasts (there are always cheesecakes)

Everything was perfect, and the staff, the cleaning. There is one, but in my opinion a huge minus - the door to the toilet "compartment" and the plus does not close at all. That is, even if it is closed as much as possible, there are huge gaps on both sides and consider that nothing is closed. Absolutely everything is audible

A great hotel for your money. Despite the fact that it is located in the very center of Yerevan, it is quite comfortable in terms of noise level (you will definitely sleep well). A good breakfast, and the hotel restaurant itself is good, lots of delicious dishes and always fresh fruits. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. Cleaning was done daily, which pleased me, because they wrote on the booking that there was no cleaning at all :)

The price-quality ratio. Nice modern room. We didn't really eat at breakfast, treasured fish and mediocre dishes, they are clearly saving on this. In the restaurant on the ground floor, 10,000 drams were given in the evening for a very light but delicious dinner for two. The staff is friendly, a good hotel in a convenient location for your money.

The staff is excellent, responsive, very helpful. Minus a star for the lack of bathrobes in the room (I had to contact the reception) and, in my opinion, the overpriced price in July (increased in July by 25% vs May) and is comparable to the price of some 5* hotels.
