I am very grateful to all the staff of the IFC for their work and patience. The whole family was contacted on several issues at once. They explained everything to us, prompted us and helped us solve all the questions we are interested in.

Now it is not possible to get through to this branch of the MFC (It is the department where SNILS, OMS, INN are issued). (Where passports are issued with excellent attitude to people and order). And where are the SNILS, OMS, INN rudeness, lack of organization, indifference to people. I've been calling for two days. They just don't pick up the phone. Before that, they took it, and the woman was rude. When I called back and asked her to introduce herself (she was rude and hung up, then dropped it, did not take it). She started telling me that there were a lot of people sitting there and it wasn't her who picked up the phone.(As if it's not clear from the voice who was talking to me). When I came to apply for compulsory medical insurance, the lady was indignant that it was noisy, that we would all leave here now. Although people stood outside in the rain for an hour and a half.
We have made a completely new MFC, created normal working conditions, and more than 20 tables for receiving people. The girls are responsive. We need more places like this!!!
We applied for passports for pensioners.
They were received politely and helped to fill out applications.
The only drawback is that it is difficult for the elderly to climb and descend the stairs, and there are 3 stairs in the department.
