The doctors are satisfied. The receptionist there is a terribly nasty woman right now. Rude in one word. Not tactful, not pleasant, discouraging all desire to be in this dentistry. Not satisfied and addressing clients as "YOU" in private dentistry, is it normal? Even in public dentists, they communicate much more pleasantly. People come to you for comfort, not negativity. There's a woman with blonde dyed hair, about 40 years old.
