Terrible service, endless postponements of working hours, and sometimes the pick-up point does not work at all, it becomes commonplace for them to arrange weekends for technical reasons, I advise you to use belpost much faster and there are more pick-up points

We received a message about the package on Viber. 18.37. According to the schedule, the department is open, but at 19.22.I came and was refused an issue, citing that it was already closed. I asked for a complaint book, they refused me and closed the door.
