I would like to especially mention OPS specialist Elena. On 08.06, at about 17.30, I received the goods with damage, since her colleague had little work experience, they asked for help in filing a claim, which they received a categorical refusal, not motivated by anything. At that time, the employee was not busy with other more important matters. It came as a shock to me, and I was also unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the employee was unable to share his knowledge with a less experienced employee. Moreover, the situation was quite stressful, and it was excusable to forget something.
