Terrible pvz, the new staff doesn't know how to do anything at all, except to be rude and rude, that's 100% what they do. The notification of the arrival of the goods was sent to me a WEEK later!!!! the actual arrival of the product. I came to pick it up and they tell me that the goods were returned a long time ago and it's not our problem that you didn't receive a notification (thank you so much for such a "polite" tone of conversation). I couldn't get my order because I didn't have my passport or ID card with me. I brought the student ID, but it didn't fit either. Surprisingly, the driver's license turned out to be valid for this situation. It made me very sad.

We would like to express our gratitude to Natalia for the competent service and acceptance of parcels. We arrived on Friday 04.10.2024 at OPS-123 Minsk, 44 Yankovsky Street. There were a lot of people, but the queue was moving fast enough. Everything was well packed for us, and our questions were politely answered. It was incomprehensible only to hear indignation in the queue, from the people themselves that there was such a long queue.. after all, there are queues everywhere, and this point is in a passable place, the area is large. It was nice to hear Natalia's correct answers to objections and to see how she worked non-stop. I wish you patience and success in your work!
