I couldn't get my order because I didn't have my passport or ID card with me. I brought the student ID, but it didn't fit either. Surprisingly, the driver's license turned out to be valid for this situation. It made me very sad.

We would like to express our gratitude to Natalia for the competent service and acceptance of parcels. We arrived on Friday 04.10.2024 at OPS-123 Minsk, 44 Yankovsky Street. There were a lot of people, but the queue was moving fast enough. Everything was well packed for us, and our questions were politely answered. It was incomprehensible only to hear indignation in the queue, from the people themselves that there was such a long queue.. after all, there are queues everywhere, and this point is in a passable place, the area is large.
