If everything is filled out from your personal account, then the sending procedure will take a minute or two: weighed, paid, pasted a sticker, received a receipt - you are free :). Both Euromail and Euromol.
Constantly one of the employees sits dissatisfied, as if they were put there for free) absolute disrespect for visitors. Otherwise, there are no questions 🙂

To get to the stairs, you need to knead a mountain of snow about 2-3 meters, then a small staircase and a platform in front of the entrance is slippery to such an extent that I held on to the wall almost with my teeth ((( the mats in front of the door also slide on the tile, which is even scarier. I don't want to go there until spring.....
We arrived at the point at 13:45 to send the finished parcel. There were 4 people in the queue. It was still raining on the streets. At 13:59, the employee of the point said that she would not serve anyone else, come after lunch, there were 2 people left in the queue. She did not compromise, instead of serving 2 people and spending no more than 5 minutes on it, she led a conversation.
The item left a contradictory impression. Whenever I get on a girl, there are no questions: everything is clear, fast, polite and kind. But when a guy is on duty, it's just terrible. No attention is paid to friendly and polite treatment, all with a very dissatisfied face and universal fatigue, he will not tell you anywhere and will not meet you halfway. If you don't like your job, you need to leave it, and not spoil the mood for everyone around you. If it happened again once, I would write it off as a bad day, but, apparently, it's not a question of a day or a week.
There are always queues. Well, after the last order, I will not order anything here, and before the damaged boxes came, it seems that football was played with the boxes. The product in the order was damaged.
I made an order in the online store for this pick-up point. The store did not require data such as a full name (they just wrote my name on the parcel). I show the barcode from my personal account that this is my order. I didn't want to give it away. Moreover, the order was not paid for, and it is unlikely that someone would pick up someone else's order for a fee. I won't order anything else here.
We helped with the packaging of the fragile shipment, we did everything quickly and accurately.

Terrible queues and everything is very long and I'm not talking about placing an order , but about even just picking it up, you could make 2 queues and it would be faster for those to pick up and while the second one is making out , give the other what came ,🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

I can't pick up the parcel for the third day. I came at different times and every time there was some kind of crazy queue. That's because it takes 20-35 minutes per person. It's better to send the parcel by belpost or margin. I highly do not recommend this department.

The staff is terrible, or rather one employee: rudeness, no customer orientation, desire to help and banal politeness. When asked, get the answer: "whose problems are these?" - this is the height of professionalism.
I have to go further to the point, because there is no desire to visit this one anymore.
The photo does not match the object. Good mail, polite and intelligent staff, one disadvantage is often queues, but this is due to the number of people. So it's okay, thanks.
I like the work of the staff, they work quickly, you don't wait in line for half an hour, as in other departments
So far there have been no problems with the parcels, everything came in one piece, which is very pleasing
