I sent the hood deflector, it came broken, I wrote a complaint, they unsubscribed that it was poorly packaged, although there was packaging in the form of stretch film and air bubble wrap, nothing else was offered.

The department's work is disgusting. They do not send SMS notifications, they come up with weekends whenever they want, they can work for half a day and then close. Complete chaos.
