But mine will be negative: the work of the staff is disgusting, they can't lift their ass to see the parcel number, they can't help people register in the Euromail system itself, I'm not talking about the fact that when you give them a heavy parcel, you yourself have to help them bring it to the warehouse. Employees are constantly rude and rude, they never want to enter the client's position. Some negative emotions. (This review is strictly aimed at all the girls who work for Gagarin in e-city. As for the guy who works there, I got to him a couple of times - and left only positive impressions). The administration of Europost, please reconsider your production staff, it may be time to replace or remove personnel who are not sitting in their places!
