To be honest, I do not know why there are so many positive reviews. But mine will be negative: the work of the staff is disgusting, they can't lift their ass to see the parcel number, they can't help people register in the Euromail system itself, I'm not talking about the fact that when you give them a heavy parcel, you yourself have to help them bring it to the warehouse. Employees are constantly rude and rude, they never want to enter the client's position. Some negative emotions. (This review is strictly aimed at all the girls who work for Gagarin in e-city. As for the guy who works there, I got to him a couple of times - and left only positive impressions). The administration of Europost, please reconsider your production staff, it may be time to replace or remove personnel who are not sitting in their places!
All reviews about the service are true, there are really good employees, but there are... I don't even know how to say it.
+ Very strange rules.
For example, if a parcel has arrived to an elderly person and he cannot come to pick it up, and you are his relative, you come with your passport and the passport of a relative (one surname) require the original birth certificate where it says that this is your relative.
Also, if a package is sent to you by cash on delivery, you cannot check the package, only pay and then open it.
But even if you received a package by cash on delivery and you even paid for the package completeness check, then you have no right to check whether the item that came is working. That is, to look yes, to touch yes, but not to turn it on. Let me remind you that you pay money for checking the completeness.
And another joke, when an SMS arrives on Viber that the parcel has arrived (and the SMS is not duplicated on the phone) and it doesn't matter if you don't have a Viber, and the parcel is in the mail for 7 days, and then you pay for storage.
And also, I called the European post office - I asked if the parcel had arrived, they told me that they did not know.
If somewhere they give out an Oscar in the nomination "knock out the customer" or "service? No, you haven't heard" Euromail would be the winner 😁
