I was not satisfied with the administrator's rights with my daughter's last name and her patronymic name. I refused to show the rules for the delivery of the parcel and sent it to read on the door.

The administrator refused to issue the parcel without the original document, I asked her to get into the situation, after all, with 2 small children, I don't really want to go home and then back again, and the children were tired and a little moody. But she was adamant. There are all sorts of situations in life, it was possible to go to a meeting with a mother with 2 children, who lived a long time ago, especially since there was a scan of the passport. Purely for the human attitude, I put 2.
