Many thanks to two specialists of this department, namely, Matus M. I. And another employee who is on vacation. I always admired their professionalism when visiting! They will always help with unclear questions, are always friendly and attentive, you feel at home, instant service. I want to note that everything is neat in the cabin. The necessary information about services and parcel delivery is hanging on the walls. I ask the management of Europost to find an opportunity to financially encourage these employees of the department! I wish you prosperity and only positive feedback!

On January 9, 2025, at the 402 Europost office in Gomel. I was trying to send a package. Employee Margarita was imposing cardboard packaging. I have a cargo of auto parts, no cardboard packaging can withstand them. I packed the car parts in a sugar bag and wrapped it with duct tape. The employee said that she didn't want to send it like that. To my objections, she refused to show where it says in the rules that it is forbidden to send in a sugar bag. She said she was doing what she wanted to do and refused to introduce herself completely.
Disgusting service. An employee of the department refused to help with the registration of the shipment. She said it wasn't her job.
As a result, the cost of the shipment turned out to be three times more than on the website during the preliminary calculation (be careful).
The increase in the cost of the service was announced at the very end, when everything was already packed and decorated.
I do not recommend contacting this department.
