I called the store, with Europost, left a complaint at the pick-up point in Bobruisk on Minskaya 111, on the Europost website 2 complaints and in the Response. Now I'm writing here, and it's already 11.01.2022. but there is still no parcel. Where is she? What happened? So far, no one from the company can give an answer to this question. I understand that I was robbed by the employees of the European Post, there was a forgery and the replacement of a more expensive product with a cheaper one, and the employees are not going to figure it out. As for moral compensation for all these gross violations, it is not necessary to speak at all, the Europost employee said that there would be a couple of kopecks for each day, and it was not worth it, that is, I have so far counted for all 28 kopecks for all days of delayed delivery of the parcel. What's next? In the meantime, they handed me someone else's goods and kept quiet!!!
