The previous experience of visiting Belpost was less time-consuming.
The parcel was lost, moreover, when it arrived, they reported that they could not deliver it, and offered to pick it up from the pick-up points, agreed, and after the phrase: what will I additionally be informed when the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, safely lost ........, for 3 weeks now, they have been looking for ......, probably. This is the first time I use it, hopefully for the last time.
