Nothing superfluous. The staff provides assistance if you do not understand at some point what is required of you. I came and picked up/sent the parcel. And that's the most important thing here. You don't ask for anything else. So it's all right.
This mail works much better than the same state mail. Delivery is fast and depends on many external and internal factors, customers need to understand this (instant teleportation has not yet been declassified). Regarding this department, yes, it is already old, but it works fast enough despite the workload, the staff is always polite and friendly (which cannot be said about the visitors). I have been using their department for several years, now with the opening of new ones I choose those where the workload is less and the receipt of goods is faster, even if it is further from home. I put 4 stars for the fact that the department has turned into some kind of junk warehouse (piles of large boxes, which for some reason is not promptly exported and piles of received goods that are not picked up by people), the visitor even feels very uncomfortable, how the store tolerates this mess is not clear. This department clearly does not have enough storage space for the returned goods and the received ones, they need a warehouse. Or transfer the department to deliver only small-sized goods (for example, goods no larger than an iron), and deliver the rest there where the volume of processing and storage by area allows. Europost needs to change this system and adjust the delivery according to the dimensions of the goods and the capabilities of the PVZ offices. Or expand the staff and create a warehouse where the goods will be delivered, they will also be given to the client (if bulky) and then transported to the branches, thereby not creating a huge workload in them. In general, everything can be organized using the example of the company "Autolight Express". And this, of course, will increase the cost of services. So citizens will either be "like in Paris" in terms of prices, or wait and don't complain.
