The review is based on the experience of two visits.
The first one was not a single person, including the operator (hiding behind the shelves), the second one was a three-person queue. In each case, there is a red tape of registration, from the whole queue - no one was satisfied. Moreover, the operator does not know his functional responsibilities, consulting with more experienced colleagues over the phone. Accordingly, to the detriment of the client's time.
The conclusion is this - without the need to set foot there.
