The European Post office at this location has always worked properly. There were no serious complaints. All services were provided quickly and accurately.
The service at the department on Yeronko Street is just terrible, the staff are rude, throw documents and money. This is not the first time I use this department and every time there is one negative from the staff.
On June 10, 2024 at 19.10 they did not help to send the shipment and form an application, they humiliated them in front of the queue by pointing to the place of work
Europost employees claimed that SMS messages about the delivery of the order were sent to my mobile operator number, even TWICE. When I provided a printout of incoming SMS messages from my mobile operator (where the employees made sure that the SMS did NOT arrive), Europost, represented by the Minsk cultural center, continued to claim that "THEY SENT". BUT WHERE TO?🙄
I was asked to write an appeal on the Euromail website and attach a screenshot. But I doubted that the appeal might NOT REACH THE ADDRESSEE.... 😂😇 And, most importantly, the parcel will be STORED, AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERY DAY OF STORAGE.
