Of the advantages: convenient location
Of the minuses: I came twice a day (the first time I got to lunch, which was from 14 to 15, although such a long break is not provided in the operating mode), I could not pick up the parcel. They do not issue an order number (they did not even want to compare it) and a passport if there is no recipient's name.
In the evening, during rush hour, there is only one ticket office and a queue of 15 people. We also added work for operators with packing shipments in boxes and packages. You can stand for 15-30 minutes without any movement while the operator packs 10-20 parcels of one client.
Disgusting. Lunch on the weekend. Because of this, I spent an hour receiving the parcel. I waited half an hour for lunch to end, then another while the queue gathered for lunch passed. There was also only one person who worked
Conveniently located in a shopping mall. Be careful about the breaks, by the hour. You'll just wait. I don't recommend it in the evening either, the queues are often long. It 's better to drive in the morning .
There is a good delivery / dispatch mail for various goods, but there are few employees and you need to fill out some incomprehensible pieces of paper even to receive a parcel. As a result, everything is very slow and queues
An unremarkable place, located on the second floor, the signs weigh, if you raise your head, there will be no problems finding a place, there are no queues, the goods are in order, the whole
The employees are well done, young and energetic. Even if queues form, they disappear very quickly. They work fast. They always help if you have any questions.
I receive parcels from kufara and from Euromall 1. There are queues.2. The staff is often rude. 3. Sometimes 1 person works. The other 3 people are removing the cash register. When asked to call another manager, they are rude and ignored.

They arrange "dinners" for themselves - although it is clearly written in the schedule - without lunch. The central office does not even know about them, and when you call there, the call center employees cover the senior in this department and do it retroactively.
There are many jobs, but as a rule one place works, the rest are "busy" or absent. The whole mess comes from the senior in this attire and lack of work discipline - neither over him nor over his subordinates.
It seems that the mail itself is normal, the parcel arrives in 3-4 days, but the staff is a complete rudeness ... who takes such people to work at all?

I picked up a package today. I received it through Euromail for the first time, respectively, I did not know which code to dictate. The employee I turned to was pretty rude, "fuck off." I couldn't find the code, and she rolled her eyes and asked for the documents.
I strongly advise you to inform your company's employees about the rules of politeness with customers 😕
Of course, the delivery is faster and more economical, but... but I found the staff very, very nervous.
Yes, I do not deny that I did not know how to send parcels by European post, but the harsh responses of the staff to my requests to help place an order completely spoiled the mood
I decided for myself that I will send parcels as before, through belpost
Their motto is friendliness, speed of service and competence

I sent the parcel on the 20th of October. There was a long queue, and only one employee was working. When asked to call an additional employee, customers were informed in an aggressive tone that the reception of parcels by employees would not be completed, they would have to wait; they needed to calculate their time in advance and they could contact adjacent offices. I got the impression that I was to blame and came to send the parcel. So the time spent on sending the parcel took about 30 minutes. Does an organization that people trust and are willing to spend their time deserve such an attitude? Alas, because of such employees, there is a general impression of the entire activity of the post office.
I sent the parcel, they asked me to tape the package, but since I didn't have any tape with me, they said they could tape it themselves for 50 kopecks. I think that in such a large company you can tape it up for free!!
I often go to this email. The workers work fast, I don't get in line. There are two other advantages. 1 - Euromail is a faster option, because I arrange the parcel myself on the website and only need to give it to the branch. 2 - European post is cheaper than belpost, especially heavy parcels
10.06 I sent the parcel. I decided to apply for the first time because I heard that it was cheap and good mail. I come and get a reprimand that I had to send an online application, and before that, register on their website and "our clients arrange the parcels themselves." When I ask for help, I get "what if there was a queue of 20 people here?" I will never go there again.
Everything is fine, but to place a post office on the second floor with the ability to lift a parcel with only 1 elevator for the entire building is a jamb.
