I'm terribly disappointed!!!! I sent gifts to children, sweatshirts with A4 Logo, I did not insure the parcel, because I did not consider that mice could gnaw the parcel in their warehouse!!! When receiving the parcel, the recipient clarified - is it normal that the parcel is chewed? The OPS said: questions to the sender! But they wouldn't accept a chewed-up package from me! It 's logical!!!! As a result, according to the application with the passport , they said the maximum we can count on is 10% of 1 base value !!! It's 4p! And I paid more for the delivery!!!!
