Got sick. The package is lying. She asked her son to pick her up. Did you call to find out if it was possible? It turns out they will give it away if they also present a birth certificate (which is in another city). I.e. the same (rare) surname, the same residence permit does not count. We need to quickly go to another city, apparently. I thought to avoid contact with healthy people, not to spread this infection along the chain, but..... let's not break the rules by "which we work".)))

The staff is not only polite, but also responsive and conscientious. In short, a parcel was sent to me from Minsk and it "disappeared" from the radar. It turned out that the parcel was still delivered to the PVZ, but Elena helped to find out everything (unfortunately, I do not know the last name). The package was delivered without a track code, it was not listed anywhere. The girl did not ignore my problem and figured out the situation herself. Many thanks to Elena for her responsiveness!
