Not bad, close to home. There are long queues , even though they appear every other time . The staff is quite friendly, there were no problems in communication. Parking near the branch is narrow, small and always busy, so you can park in the parking lot of the neighbors store. I would like to add that it is quite convenient and pleasant to receive notifications in Viber about changes in the department's work schedule.

The department is standard in its functionality. For me personally, a significant disadvantage is the presence of a lunch break. Very uncomfortable. I understand that this is a plus for employees. Perhaps 2 people on shift would have solved this moment so that everyone would have time for lunch, and customers would not have to wait. After all, even with the presence of lunch, operators manage to go somewhere before, literally in 15-20 minutes, closing the branch and making them wait.
