Like any ordinary person who came across this organization for the first time, looked at the map where the nearest branch was, and the choice fell on the Moscow branch. When I got there, I found that the branch had been liquidated, although it is on the map, as well as the opening hours. A rather strange position marked "the organization checks the relevance of the data" causes even more confusion. It upset me a bit, because I lost time because of it. I had to walk to the Construction department, fortunately not very far, several blocks away. When I got there, I found a queue of 30 people. I stood in it for at least 20 minutes, the queue was not moving fast. I also noticed that the queue prevents customers from entering and leaving the store, entering the sales area and approaching the storage cells, as well as employees from putting carts in place. The queue is like this all the time, because when my turn came, there were as many people at the back, if not more. The operator with an exhausted face said that it was necessary to leave a request on the site first, and had to return home after losing half a day. There is no announcement that you need to leave a request on the website at both branches. After logging on to the site, I was stupid for 10 seconds where to click, because the fonts are not large enough to quickly notice what is needed. And when I leave a request, I surprisingly discover that there is still a branch very close to me! (it wasn't on the map) When I got there (by the way, there are no signs on the shops either, which is quite strange), I saw a completely empty hall and a quite cheerful and polite operator. I explained everything, helped with the shipment, the impressions are only positive. I answered politely when talking to an angry recipient, who was also dissatisfied with the raw service on my second appearance.
CONCLUSION: the service is quite interesting, affordable prices (in Pinsk it cost up to 50 gr. 0.80, in Gomel 1.65 to 3 kg) shipping without unnecessary problems and expenses - filled out an application at home, came, handed over, paid and forgot. But the whole impression is shattered by such absolutely incompetent organizational moments. The work is clearly not thought out, one department (Builders) is clearly overloaded, the second cannot accept some of the clients from the first purely physically, because it is too far from the center. Why it was necessary to close the branch on Moskovsky, Central Avenue, is absolutely incomprehensible to me. There is absolutely no advertising, there is no promotion of the service. It is unclear what the head is doing, only one thing is absolutely clear - that he is clearly incompetent and does not understand what he is doing, because even I, without higher education, could have done much better. The potential of the service is great, it is quite possible to put even state mail under your belt in the future.
